La salle à manger accueille une grande table de ferme pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et des sièges supplémentaires aux 4 tabourets de bar le long du bar.

La cuisine est bien agencée pour une circulation facile avec un grand bar et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Stocké avec de petits appareils électroménagers, grille-pain, mixeur, batteur à main et une cafetière. Casseroles et poêles, plats de cuisson, plats de service et plateaux. Tous les ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer un repas et un bar b que sur le patio arrière. En outre, des plats pour enfants et des articles de terrasse / terrasse en plastique sont situés dans la cuisine.

Juste à côté de la cuisine se trouve une salle de boue / buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, des crochets de suspension pour les vêtements mouillés et un espace pour les chaussures. Également une demi-baignoire pour un accès facile. Des serviettes de plage en peluche et une glacière sont dans le placard et les chaises de plage sont conservées dans le placard principal, profitez de la plage!

Le patio arrière a des meubles pour le divertissement en plein air ou une grande terrasse avec des meubles confortables pour profiter à tout moment de la journée, vous détendre et regarder le lever du soleil autour d'une tasse de café.

La communauté Lookout grandit et il peut y avoir des activités de construction pendant votre séjour. Les heures de construction varient selon la saison, mais tomberont entre 7 h 00. m. - 6h00 p. m. en semaine et 8h00 a. m. - 16h30 p. m. les weekends. End of Summer Family Vacation

The front of the house faces the vineyard lawn and the kids loved playing out there. We were pretty close to the pool and were there almost every day. All around a great family vacation.

Loved Cali Style 84 !

It’s in a great location within the complex about midway between the two pools and facing the grass lawn green belt where my granddaughter was able to run free. The house layout was perfect. In fact, we’re retired and looking to downsize and I’ve kept the home diagram in case we build. We loved the wrap around deck and having king beds in each of the bedrooms along with each bedroom having a bathroom. We aren’t TV watchers but those who are will appreciate a tv in every bedroom. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We plan on staying in this home next summer.

Great Short Getaway

The home is very well maintained, very clean and comes with everything you can think of for cooking, towels, etc. Nice newer development with great walkability. Close to winery tasting rooms and town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. The only downside is that there should be room darkening drapes in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. The lights from the neighbors porch shine in all night and when the sun comes up at 5:00 am it is extremely bright and hard to sleep. But that should not deter anyone from staying at this house.

We didn’t want to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for for my friends and family. The location of the home was a dream for us and our young kids. The back porch overlooked a big lawn with plenty of space for our kids to run and play and was easy for us to keep an eye on them. We had friends staying one house away from us and we felt very safe having our kids run back and forth from each house. We enjoyed the amenities so much that some of us never even left the LookOut property during our stay. The grounds and pool area were very clean and welcoming. They have shuttles to pick you up from designated spots and take you anywhere you need to go within the large property. The private beach was a favorite spot for us and was the perfect setting. We built so many memories and didn’t want to leave.

Best Family Vacation Yet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our 2 year old, both grandparents, aunt and uncle. This place has everything we could have asked for! The table that seats 8 was great for family dinners. Everyone talked about how comfy the beds were and even the futon in the media room. Loved that this house is next to the grass field so we could drink our coffee on the porch while our little played in the grass. Also loved that the house was stocked with tons of games, kids toys, etc. we will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that could've made it better if if the hot tub at the house was working. It wouldn't go up higher than 98 degrees and the guest services had to order a part to fix it so it was not available to us for the duration of the stay.

Great space for a girls weekend.

The set up worked great for each person to have their own space to relax along with great space to hang out and catch up. The property was well cared for and everything was in good condition. The property manager was on top of everything and sent lots of great information leading to our stay which helped us plan a fun weekend. They even call to check in when we arrived to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House, Poorly Maintained

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after our check-in time, but staff were still cleaning up the property. No big deal, but they missed numerous pieces of trash in their hurry. Numerous small details like burned out bulbs were relatively quickly fixed by the property company after we called about it.However, we soon discovered the hot tub was not working; the water was cloudy and smelled terrible. They sent people out to work on it several times over the week we were there but couldn't get it working (said it was probably a bad logic board). My special needs daughter was so excited about this and it was a huge disappointment for her.The management company offered us a small PRE-tax refund that amounts to ~7% post tax (taxes are still paid on the full amount??). We asked for more since this is why we chose this property over other cheaper ones, but the manager needs to approve, and EVERY time we have called she is not there; we left a number several times and she NEVER calls back. No refund yet and it's been a month at this point.The property is lovely, if only it were taken care of.

Amazing house; Broken AC for 3 days

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful, comfortable, and an all-around pleasure to be in so I highly recommend booking it. However, the AC fan was fully broken upon our arrival. Two maintenance people came on day 1 and day 2 and didn't fix it. And then they proceeded to ignore the issue without any communication. We're talking it was 90-100 degrees the week we stayed following Memorial Day week. After some unpleasant conversations with the Lookout property management on day 3, they sent an actual AC expert who replaced the parts and fixed the issue. Being 8 months pregnant and in a boiling house was not fun. I will say that at as a last-ditch effort, they did offer some discounts which we did appreciate but 3 days of a 6 day vacation was spent in a very hot home.

Exactly what we were expecting

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to enjoy summer at 93 degrees at the private lake or two pools, and still enjoy a fresh and comfy house when you are back from fun outdoor activities then Cali-Style 84 will be exactly what you need. I guess the same will apply regardless of the temp outside (for example in Winter). House is placed in the best location of Lookout to avoid morning heat in the bedroom when still sleeping and evening heat when you want to be at the Jacuzzi or in the kitchen. Enough space for parking and the house includes everything you need for 4 days.
