MAISON ROUGE

Bienvenue à la Maison Rouge, la première et la plus centrale des maisons du Lookout at Lake Chelan!

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Assis sur le parc central du Lookout, nous étions la première maison construite et nous avions le premier choix de l’emplacement. Il n’ya pas d’accès plus étroit au parc, y compris aux foyers extérieurs, à la piscine, au bain à remous et à l’aire de jeux pour enfants. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur le patio panoramique et admirez le coucher de soleil sur le lac Chelan tout en regardant l'action du parc et des environs.

Prestations inégalées. Vos vacances à Chelan devraient être luxueuses! La maison est aménagée avec des équipements luxueux qui feront la différence dans votre séjour à Chelan. Des lits king-size et paradisiaques au W Hotel ®, en passant par le patio pour les dîners en plein air et le lieu de détente faisant face au parc, en passant par le bain à remous privé avec jets de massage où vous pourrez admirer les étoiles. Chaises Adirondack, peignoirs rouges Maison Rouge, meubles restaurés d'inspiration française, Bluetooth entoure le son, Internet haut débit, une cheminée à gaz, une cuisine équipée d'appareils électroménagers neufs, un espace multimédia / salle de jeux pour enfants avec téléviseur à écran plat et Xbox et les machines à café et à café Nespresso pour un coup de pouce matinal!

Chambre pour tous. Avec 4 chambres et 3 ½ salles de bains, la Maison Rouge peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes; trois chambres avec salles de bains et lits King Size de luxe. La quatrième chambre comprend deux ensembles de lits superposés Twin Size (chaque ensemble de 2 lits superposés peut accueillir 2 personnes) et une salle multimédia / de jeux. La propriété a beaucoup de place pour un groupe de familles, mais en même temps ne se sent pas trop grande pour une seule famille.

Les chiens sont acceptés à la Maison Rouge. Maximum de 2 chiens, pesant moins de 30 kg (70 lb), créent un dormeur, entraîné à la propreté. Pas de chiots.

La communauté Lookout s'agrandit et il peut y avoir des activités de construction pendant votre séjour. Les heures de construction varient selon la saison mais se situent entre 7h00 et 15h00. m. - 6h00 p. m. en semaine et à 8h00 a. m. - 4h30 p. m. les weekends. S'il vous plaît contacter Lookout Cottage Rentals à pour toutes questions ou préoccupations. Remarque: Il n'y aura pas de construction les fins de semaine pendant les mois d'été.

Great for a ladies getaway weekend

We had a blast hanging at the house and down on the lake. It’s a gorgeous place with all of the necessary cooking amenties.

Great layout for multiple adults

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ideal location between downtown Chelan and Manson with a great layout for multiple adults traveling together. Spacious living room, plent of dining space inside and out, and a well equipped kitchen. Having a primary bedroom as well as 2 mini bedroom onsuites upstairs gave all of the adults plenty of spave and separation when needed. The kids bunkbed room was used for some TV watching since the one other TV in the living room had some weird Samsung TV app without live TV. The few maintenance issues were taken care of same day. Only critique is the fickleness of the keyless entry locks. The front and back door worked differently as to how to initiate locking / unlocking. Only once were we able to get the backdoor to unlock.

So much fun!

Incredible but a few unfortunate oddities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was incredible and we very much enjoyed all of the outdoor seating. Home had everything that we needed (except coffee?) and the kids loved the bunk room with secret nook. We only had a few issues. The first is that there was a horrible smell in the laundry room. Perhaps the air gap from the utility sink? Either way, it stunk even after we tried to flush it. The other issue was that the bunk room was very warm, and every time we tried to use the AC unit, it blew a fuse and the breaker shut down. This was extremely frustrating as the refrigerator was on the same circuit, so when it happened at night, we woke up to everything melted in the freezer and warm food. The master bed was a little hard for our old bones, so perhaps something additional can be added to the mattress? Overall, we all had a blast and look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Property!

Spent the weekend with my family, and we absolutely loved the property. The house was fully stocked and was nicely furnished. It’s located right next to all of the neighborhood amenities which was convenient. My family also enjoyed the private hot tub which was a plus. We did have issues with the key code, but the property managers did their best to quickly resolve that. Overall, would highly recommend and would return.

The house was in a prime location across the street from the park and pool. Every bed in the home is King- sized too! (Except the bunk room which is super cool for kids!) Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location. Great house. Comfortable. Nice to break away from pace of life with beautiful surroundings. House was clean and organized and bathrooms well stocked. Had grill issues. Prop mgmt very responsive. I suggest either replacing burners or get a new grill. I also suggest pots and pans be allowed to be put in dishwasher. I found one in cupboard that had a greasy film. Of course, this just made me want to wash everything before I used it. Cost of rental is expensive (2k). As such, I suggest things like foil, plastic wrap be provided (at least enough to begin stay). Staff should inventory the provided basics cooking spices to ensure the containers aren’t empty. Throw out anything way beyond pull date ( like apple cider vinegar). We just adjusted easy enough. Just wasn’t expecting the minor issues with the cost of the rental.

Great Family Getaway

The area is so well kept and has a nice playground as well as pools, hot tubs, grassy area and nice landscape and sidewalks. Our house, Maison Rouge, was well equipped in the kitchen as well as the closet - games, snow slides, and even a baby gate for the stairs. The "kids space" was very fun, even including a "secret hide-away" attic space. It was very clean. We enjoyed it very much.
