Welcome to Lake Vineyard Escape, your perfect getaway retreat in Manson! This charming home offers a cozy and comfortable space for up to 8 guests, making it ideal for family vacations and gatherings with friends. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Manson, you will be provided easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer.
Lounge on the patio, enjoy a friendly game of pool, explore downtown Manson; there is something for everyone to enjoy.
PICTURE YOURSELF HERE:
Step inside and be greeted by an inviting atmosphere, with an open layout and stunning views of the lake and vineyards from the main floor. The main living area is upstairs and offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment, with a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. The patio provides the perfect spot for outdoor lounging and dining, with a hot tub where you can unwind and soak under the stars.
For guests bringing their furry friends along, the large grass yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for your dogs to play. Inside, the home is well-equipped and well-stocked for all your lake getaway needs, with modern amenities and cozy furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay.
Whether you're enjoying a game of pool in the recreation area, scheduling a movie night with the family, or simply relaxing in the hot tub, Lake Vineyard Escape offers something for everyone to enjoy. And with its convenient location near downtown Manson, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities galore.

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKE VINEYARD ESCAPE:
1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighborsâ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

PETS ALLOWED:
We allow a max of 2 dogs only for a $250 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have one outdoor camera overlooking the driveway/parking area and where the trash cans sit. This camera monitors weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
Parking is permitted for 4 vehicles. Unfortunately, there is no room for trailers (RVs, boats, jet skis, etc) and blocking the shared driveway, neighborâs home and access to the trash bins is not allowed. If you plan to bring a trailer, please contact us for additional details for where to park. The nearest boat launch is Mill Bay Park. Please contact your host for more information.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits
