Amazing place!

Stayed here with some friends/colleagues when we were attending a conference in chelan. This place was perfect! We all had our own space, the view was exceptional, and the location relative to town was super convenient. I would stay here again and again!

We were 10 seniors. We had a comfortable stay. The property overlooking the water made our stay enjoyable. The owner of the property was prompt in attending to the heating issues in the upstairs bedroom.We were seniors and the downstairs bathrooms were a little inconvenient with a few steps to climb.Overall we had a good stay

Great place to stay

We had a very good time. The apartment was beautiful with plenty of space and lots of beds and well furnished. The owners thought about providing everything that you might need and that was appreciated. The complex is very well taken care of and there is attention to detail and cleaning and making sure there are plenty of flowers around and the water in pool and jacuzzi is great. If you choose so you can go and swim in the lake. It is very close to downtown in a great location. The view was amazing. We will stay here again!

Beautiful lake condo

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our group of 10, of all ages, quiet and spacious. It has a perfect game room upstairs for the teens and we enjoyed the open concept for entertainment with the family. Breath taking views of Lake Chelan, just steps away. We enjoyed the hot tub by the lake as well. Our only concern was there weren’t enough paper towels, no laundry detergent and cleanliness could use some work. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Great unit in a beautiful resort but communication through Evolve was difficult

The unit was very nice and the onsite management was great. The communication through Evolve as a middleman was not good. The check-in information from Evolve said to contact onsite management for inquiries on early check-in, but the resort does not schedule the cleaners for that unt so they were not able to help us. I tried the Evolve number provided for questions of issues but there were no humans to talk to. A robot asked what the question was and sent a text referring me right back to the resort front desk. It would greatly improve customer service to straighten this out for future guests.

Beautiful view of lake Chelan

Condo was quite spacious for a group of 10. Multiple grocers just minutes away. The property managers were very nice and accommodating. The community pool and hot tub was very pleasant. We all had a blast. Will definitely be returning.

We loved the view and all of the beds. Seven of us ladies stayed here for 5 nights and it was so confortable for everyone. There is plenty of room if you need a break from your group. The kitchen is very well supplied and is fun to cook in. I would highly reccommend it.

Nice stay, good large condo rental for 2-3 families

We did a quick little stay with our immediate family. The property is very nicely situated close to town, on the water. The Peterson Condo staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us feel welcome and tell us about what to do in Chelan. Hours to check in during the weekdays was a little complicated/restrictive because of both the property owner rules/times and the Peterson Condo rules/times and they don't overlap well. Would definitely recommend this property for a 2-3 family get together and we are considering a future visit with our own extended family. Thanks for letting us stay at your property!

Would stay again

An older timeshare complex. We were in the penthouse unit. It was nice and had all the necessities. A couple huge maintenance issues- 1) the dishwasher was broken. Not normally a big deal but with 5 adults made an impact, 2) the exhaust fan in the kitchen sounded like it was going to shake the hood off the wall and discovered the exhaust flue was not even connected in the cabinets above, and 3) the bed mattresses need to be replaced. Otherwise, a nice place to stay and great customer service.

A wonderful stay!

Great location!

This property was excellent for our family vacation.. We all had our own bedrooms Which were very spacious. The only downside was that the cleaning person was not out of the condo until 5 o'clock as check in was 4 o'clock. Also the check out time of 10 o'clock a.m. was a little too early. Other than that our vacation was wonderful!

Chelan is great…Peterson’s customer service awesome!

Penthouse was not as lovely as it looked in the pictures. We had some maintenance issues that weren’t ever addressed, even though we reported them. The customer service at Peterson’s was 5 star however. We’ll stay at Peterson’s again but in another unit.

Very pleasant stay!

The place is very nice. Everyone from our group really enjoyed. Also had 2 kids with us, rooms are big enough to be comfortable for everyone, we did bring our own pack n play. Wonderful view from the balcony. Very pleasant office staff! Loved that we didn’t have to pay extra for the use of paddle boards and kayaks!!! That Made our stay even better. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the lake. Considering coming back in the future for sure!
