What an amazing location! The easy beach access was perhaps our favorite element among the many strong features of this rental. This was a perfect home base for adventure and venue for hosting our own getaway fun. High recommendation!

House was very clean and well maintained. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. A kitchen that has all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, and various items to prepare any meal. The living room is the star of the home. Warm inviting room with wonderful fireplace and comfortable seating to enjoy the beach views. Perfect place to watch the sunset!

Excellent location that was extremely walkable to the beach. The house and hot tub were extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. I will definitely come back next year and bring the grandchildren.

Great place for my whole family. The screen on the sliding glass door was broken and all the doors could use Double D 40 but other than that we all had a great time.

Perfect house for a family getaway, we had plenty of space with a beautiful view of the ocean. It wasn’t on the main room so it felt safer and more private with still having good access to the beach and dunes. We rode our bikes throughout the campground and had a amazing time!

The house was very clean and the bedding was comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The furniture was comfortable, with plenty of seating in the living room and dining room, as well as the kitchen table. The kitchen was well equipped with most things we needed. I would've liked to have had a spray cleaner for the kitchen countertops (cleaning kitchen counters with one little sponge after a meal Is kind of difficult). Other than that, we had everything we needed! Views were great off the back deck, but the deck was rather small and only had Adirondack chairs. Would've liked a bit more usable space out there and comfortable outdoor seating, but it was adequate.

A gem on the coast. A short walk to the water and great coast views. A quiet neighborhood as well. Host is extremely responsive to any question. The house is well stocked with beach toys and bikes for kids in the garage. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again

This house really satisfied my desire to feel like I was right on the beach. The windows are large and look out over the water. It was rainy and cold outside, but the cozy fireplace provided warmth and enhanced the atmosphere inside. Perfectly set up for young children with toys and beds. My 31/2 year old granddaughter loved the bunk room! The adults enjoyed very comfortable sleeping quarters, too!

We loved our stay at Duncan Dunes! Despite the fog and wind outside, we enjoyed this lovely home so much. Everything was clean, comfortable and in great condition. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was excellent! Kitchen is well appointed, bedrooms had very nice linens and mattresses, views are incredible. Our grandchildren were delighted to find toys, games and boogie boards for the beach and even bikes! We will book again

We have stayed at other homes at Dillons and twice now Duncan's Dunes and probably will again mainly because of the easy walk to the beach.

Perfect Week-end Getaway

We really enjoyed the place. Used the hot tub for getting warm after a cold walk on the beach. Loved the location and all the beds were super comfortable. The little room with the bunk beds is tiny, but our 17 year old had a great night's sleep there.
