Nouvelle maison sur le 18e fairway du Golf Club Of Estrella. Salon extérieur complet avec sièges et chaises longues avec une porte coulissante en verre de 16 pieds avec écran et une terrasse prolongée avec foyer au gaz, barbecue à gaz avec coin bar, 3 foyers, piscine chauffée et bain à remous.

Grande chambre confortable avec TV 75 "et son surround, salle à manger avec des sièges pour 8, cuisine entièrement équipée avec plaque de cuisson à gaz, four, micro-ondes et très grand îlot, et réfrigérateur séparé pour les boissons.

Bureau privé avec réseau sans fil dans toute la maison. Chambre principale avec lit king, douche et baignoire séparées, très grand dressing, 2ème chambre privée avec lit queen et douche et toilettes privées, 3ème chambre avec lit queen et 4ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux avec salle de bain partagée. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec câble. Chambre bonus avec TV 55 "et canapé pliant qui s'ouvre sur le coin salon dans le patio avant. Laveuse, sécheuse et un garage pour 3 voitures.

Vues sur les montagnes, le golf, avec des jeux à jouer pour profiter de la cour arrière! La communauté d'Estrella possède une salle de sport complète, une aire de jeux d'eau privée, des piscines pour la nage en longueur, une aire de loisirs et de petits bateaux à utiliser.

This is our third time staying here in Goodyear and the experience was just as great this time as the first two times. Good communication and ease of everything. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to relax here. Thank you for hosting us again and we plan on being back!

Fall Getaway

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Everything is done so well, scenery is beautiful and very easy to communicate with the owners. Home Away From Home!

An amazing home with an amazing back drop. We recently stayed in this wonderful home while our house was under renovation. It’s by far the most beautiful neighborhood in Estrella. A quiet retreat with every amenity thought of. It was so easy to feel comfortable and at home. The owners were fantastic at ensuring we had everything we needed. 10/10!!!

Perfect Vacation.

First of all this place is spotless. The Pool And Jacuzzi were absolutely Amazing. The back porch and outdoor cooking area was awesome. The Wi-Fi works great . Unbelievable place to stay

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this house, clean, gated community, amazing pool and hot tub. We had 4 adults and 3 kids the house was big enough that we didn't feel like you were crowded. Great living area inside and outside. The host was amazing they would check in on occasionally to see how thing were going. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Will stay in this house again. Andy

Absolutely Amazing!

The house is amazing and large enough so no one runs into each other. The outside pool area is FANTASTIC!! The hosts are very nice and always available. They made.oir vacation all the more relaxing.

“The Perfect Trip”

Wow!! Is what we all said about our stay here. Amazing house with plenty of room for the 7-8 guys who stayed here. Perfect location away from the traffic of the city. Outstanding golf courses close by Copper Canyon, Sterling Grove, Tres Rios(hidden gem) and Estrella where the house is located on the 18th fairway. Grocery store within 1.5 miles, Casino(25 mins). In/Out Burger(a must stop) 20 mins. Excellent restaurants to choose from within short distance to the house. Golf course and Mountain View’s from the back patio with pool, hot tub, fire pits and the most beautiful lighting around the pool at night. Corporate getaways, family reunions, golf trips with your buddies= this is the place. The owners provide for all your needs including pool toys, bike, poker table, and the kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook in or cook out. I feel like I’m “best buddies” with Mike as we text about golf, food and all the west valley has to offer. Feel free to email me , I’ll gush about this home to ya. Weekend Getaway

The home was beautiful and better than expected! It was stocked with goodies and treats and was so welcoming! So many amenities! There was no detail spared by the hosts! They were always available and very responsive for any questions we had while at the house. The outdoor living area was my favorite! The pool and spa were so relaxing 😎. Our family had a wonderful stay. We were sad to leave! Thank you Mike and Maureen for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Best in every way!

We had the best time at Mike and Maureen's home! It was the perfect place for our family to gather from out of state. The kitchen and great room are truly unbeatable, and there was more than enough sleeping arrangements and privacy for our needs. We loved looking over the golf course and watching the wildlife. The pool and home were immaculate! Mike was very kind and helpful during our stay! Our family is already planning another trip back. Thank you for the memories!

Great Grandma's 100th Birthday

We LOVED this place! We were here on probably one of the hottest weeks in history and we did nothing but enjoy it! The pool was fabulous, and the size of the rental and bedrooms allowed everyone their own private space. Everyone had a great time! We'd rent this place again in a heart beat.

Friends Getaway

This is the 5th time we have stayed in the house and every time it gets better. We love the location to the golf courses but most of all love spending time around the amazing pool area. one month stay 2/17/21 - 3/17/21

I have been wanting to try this area out and wasn't disappointed, almost felt like we were in Florida with the lake and pom trees, we had fun walking around the lake. the home was assume like the reviews all stated, the floor plan we fell in love with , especially the kitchen and open area great for entertaining. the pool is also amazing and we swam almost every night! the golf course view was great and we watch the sunset glow on the mountains each night. we had friends come down for a week and we enjoyed many nights in the pool and hitting some amazing restaurants , taste of Italy had great food and large portions, we also loved Tempo urban bistro in buckeye. the local Safeway has anything you need for a long stay. the owners were very attentive and checked with us often to see what we needed. you won't be disappointed renting this home and it will be very hard to leave it!

We love to golf and are looking forward to retiring to this house someday. We visit as often as we can and are always interested in suggestions on how to make your stay better!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Mike and his 7 buddies do a golf trip here yearly. The fold out sofa is very comfy and the air mattress fits in the office to make sleeping arrangements for 8 men easy! They enjoy grilling and they definitely use the poker table that is stored in the master closet! Mike can also help with suggestions on courses and other fun activities.
