Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
†Just a heads-up, the garage is off-limits to guests, and the storage room in the hallway is locked. Other than that, youâll have access to the entire unit please make yourself at home.
†Availability of free driveway parking (2 spots) plus visitor parking in the street.

Major highways are within close proximity, making commuting to downtown Phoenix and other parts of the Valley straightforward. WeRIDE Microtransit Service: WeRIDE provides an on-demand rideshare service within Goodyear and neighboring cities, allowing residents to book rides via a mobile app or phone call for convenient local travel
Goodyear Park and Ride: This facility offers over 400 covered parking spaces and connects commuters to Valley Metro Express Bus services, facilitating travel to downtown Phoenix and other destinations.
Personal Vehicles: The neighborhood's proximity to major highways like I-10 and Loop 303 makes driving a convenient option for reaching various parts of the city and surrounding areas.â
Cycling and Walking Paths: The community features well-maintained sidewalks and bike lanes, encouraging residents to engage in walking and cycling for both recreation and short-distance commuting.
†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
†Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
