Welcome to this magnificent 2 bedroom apartment located in the popular Urbanization Los Prados in La Cala de Mijas, 13 min from the beach, year round open pool as well as a private paddle court and private parking in the garage. The area around the apartment is quiet, close to nature and close to everything La Cala has to offer. Just around the corner you have La Noria Golf which is a 9-hole course and popular with golfers, Miraflores golf with 18-holes is also nearby and Calanova golf with also this on 18-holes. About 13min walk or 3 minutes by bike you have La Cala's nice beach, restaurants, nightlife and shops. Marbella and Fuengirola are approximately 15 minutes away by car. When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a modern apartment with open floor plan, to the left you have the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the living room you have 2 comfortable sofas, bluetooth speakers and a large TV with apple TV. Here you also have a central A / C with a panel that controls the entire apartment. From the living room you come out to the private terrace with a large gas grill, and a nice dining area and sun loungers, from the terrace you have a fenced garden that leads out to the communal garden and the year round open pool area and paddle court. Both bedrooms have large and lavish beds, of which the master bedroom has a horse bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Parking, Gas grill and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. 
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
