Situé dans le complexe de la Puerta del Mar sur la plage royale, à cÎté du restaurant Mc Donalds.
Le complexe de bord de mer absolu a un accÚs direct à la plage par une porte privée.
Complexe d'appartements nouvellement construit est l'emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de plage que vous pouvez entendre le clapotis des vagues sur le rivage de l'appartement. Il y a un charmant bar de plage espagnol à quelques minutes à pied et les bars populaires, restaurants, magasins (Lidl, Supersol), banques, kiosque à journaux, etc. de Calahonda sont situés à quelques minutes à pied.
L'aéroport de Malaga est à 30 min. en voiture et Marbella à seulement 10 min., Puerto Banus est à 15 min. De nombreux terrains de golf dans la région.
Les jardins bien entretenus mÚnent à la piscine donnant directement sur la Méditerranée. Situé à quelques mÚtres de l'une des plages les plus calmes de Calahonda, cet appartement a tout. Le port de Cabopino est à 15 minutes à pied le long de la plage avec ses nombreux bars et restaurants.
Il y a un ascenseur direct dans l'appartement du garage souterrain sécurisé.
La terrasse sud-ouest de 35 m2 comprend un canapé en rotin avec 2 fauteuils, une petite table et une vue imprenable sur la mer, au soleil toute la journée. Terrasse est trÚs privé, sans vis à vis. Complexe calme et privé avec un certain nombre de piscines partagées. Communauté est bien entretenu par le personnel chaque jour de semaine.
L'accessibilité facile en raison de ascenseur penthouse intérieur direct de garage.
L'appartement est situĂ© directement sur la plage et dispose d'un accĂšs direct au portail pour Royal Beach. 3 min Ă  pied sur la plage restaurant / bar, snack, dĂ©jeuner, dĂźner. 15 min Ă  pied de Puerto Cabopino avec son beau port de plaisance, plages de sable dorĂ©, sports nautiques, la pĂȘche et large choix de restaurants. 5 minutes Ă  pied de la banque, pharmacie, supermarchĂ©, magasins, cafĂ©s.
Il ya de nombreuses attractions pour toute la famille, y compris les parcs aquatiques, parcs Ă  thĂšme, des zoos, golf
Dans les 10 minutes en voiture est Tivoli World, Fuengirola, Marbella, multi centre commercial La boutique-Canada
Cet appartement de luxe moderne a été meublé à un niveau élevé et dispose de deux chambres, le maßtre avec un lit double et la deuxiÚme chambre avec deux lits simples. Les deux chambres ont placards. Il ya une salle de douche séparée. Le salon salle à manger est spacieux et lumineux avec des portes donnant sur la grande terrasse qui jouit de superbes vues sur la mer. La cuisine lumineuse et moderne est entiÚrement équipée et dispose d'un bar à l'espace de vie, et il ya une zone utilitaire distinct. Cet appartement bénéficie d'un espace de parking souterrain sécurisé.
Il ya trois piscines communales y compris pataugeoires. Nouveau complexe trÚs paisible pourtant proche de l'activité locale.
Bonne vitesse WIFI est à l'intérieur de l'appartement.
Excellent emplacement pour les familles, les couples, les golfeurs.

Beautiful and restful base for adventures

We stayed in Tania's lovely flat for 2 weeks in early April. Everything was as described and the photos don't do it justice. Glorious views and sunshine from the terrace, outdoor seating and comfortable loungers and vantage points from which to look out at the sea. Spotless, well equipped with all creature comforts and easy, secure parking, we felt looked after and at home from the time we arrived. Although it's a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and grocery, I definitely recommend hiring a car as the location is very convenient for day/half-day trips to many beautiful spots in Costa del Sol. Tania was an attentive and friendly host, checking in on us after a couple of days to ensure we'd settled in all right. What a lovely holiday! Thank you Tania!

Had a fabulous week at this property. Communication with Tania was great before, during and after our stay . She messaged during the week to see if we had any questions . Apartment was clean, bright and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal (not that we did !) and modern appliances. The outside terrace was a great size with plenty outdoor furniture and spectacular views. It has sunshine for most of the day. The pool area was quiet and clean and plenty sunloungers. Even when you got the usual suspects who ‘reserve’ a sunbed by putting towels down (despite the rules saying it was not allowed) there were still plenty available to use either around the pool or on the large lawn area with parasols. I swam every day and only once was there anyone else in the pool at the same time. We hired a car as it was much the same cost for a week as it was to get taxis to and from the airport and we are glad we did as it allowed us to explore the area. We loved Mijas Pueblo and an added bonus if you go on a Wednesday or Saturday there is flamenco dancing in the square. We also loved Marbella old town. If you are looking for a good meal we loved El Olivo in Cala de Mijas. All in all a great week and will definitely be back. Thank you Tania !

Beautiful place by the sea

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean, well equipped and Tania is so responsive and easy to work with. Don't hesitate to book this lovely apartment. The terrace is a huge plus.

A bit isolated

We thought that Mijas Costa was close by to Mijas Pueblo, it is not and that was our mistake. The apartment was as described and has a great terrace with a fantastic view, unfortunately the weather during our stay was horrendous. There is a boardwalk next to the apartment which was well maintained and gave access left or right to bars and restaurants but most were a good 25 minutes away. Using the boardwalk was fine during the day but it is completely unlit so we had to use a torch walking back when it was dark. The furniture in the apartment is showing it’s age though and the pillows were a bit hard. If the weather had been good the positives would have outweighed the negatives.

Beautiful Views of Costa del Sol!

The penthouse apartment was exactly as described, with beautiful views of the Costa del Sol and on clear days Gibraltar and even Morroco could be seen in the distance. We stayed for three months and enjoyed every day and will look forward to returning some day soon.

Tania was an excellent host and answered any queries very promptly. The apartment is extremely well located being approximately 30 minutes from Malaga airport yet in a quiet neighbourhood. It was spotless on arrival and lived up to the description on VRBO. The views from the balcony were tremendous as was listening to the sea from the apartment. I would fully recommend this host and the apartment.

A very Nice Apartment in very pleasent settings

Except from we did not get the keys and thus admission to the Apartment until til NeXT day, it was a very good holiday. The Apartment was very Nice. The terrace fantastic and the Whole complex was Perfect for us. Only thing to put the finger on, was that none of the Three sunbeds were in order.

The property was lovely, very large balcony with views to die for, property was clean with plenty of information regarding the surrounding area and great TV facilities, music netflix ect. The property is on a lovely clean well maintained complex with a fab pool. On arrival we were confused by the surrounding area and struggled to find where nearby amenities where...just remember all amenities are on the other side of the motorway so just use the footbridges to get to the other side...there you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants, we would definately visit again and Tania is a very good host with excellent and promt communication.

Perfect locale

Tania's apartment did not disappoint. We arrived to a spotlessly cleaned unit, and a well appointed kitchen. Terrace had fabulous views of sea and surrounding mountains. Was a pleasure to dine outside within sight and sounds of the sea. The proximity and access to the extensive boardwalk made for a lovely destination each day. Great amenities nearby enabled us to access so much without need of a car. Any questions for Tania were promptly answered. She was attentive to our needs. So, overall, we would certainly recommend Tania's property.

Super Fantastic Penthouse

This property is one of the best I have ever rented. It is located in an absolute wonderful location of Calahonda. The terrace provides utmost privacy and is outstanding for breakfast and relaxation. The ocean breeze ans sunsets are amazing. It is an extremely safe property surrounded by wonderful homes. Access to the boardwalk is within steps for exercise or walking to the numerous beach "Chiringuito's" or beach bar/restaurants. The property manager was extremely helpful to answer questions promptly prior to and during the stay. She was always available for insights about the lical area or recommendations for services. The property is also in walking distance to the quaint marina and beachside restuarants in Cabopino. Albert's Bar & Grill being my favorite. I HIGHLY recommended this penthouse. It thoroughly exceded my expectations and didn't want to leave. I will definitely visir again! Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable and relaxing.

Stayed for 10 nights in this brilliant apartment and can't say enough about it. The apartment is pretty spacious with one double and one twin bedroom. The kitchen isn't too big but does have everything you can think you need including a dishwasher and full size washing machine. The terrace area is large and gets the sun for most of the day but there is plenty of shade available if you want it - we were certainly grateful for it!! The view is pretty good too.... :-) Our hostess Tania was very helpful with any questions we had and was quick to respond. We all agreed that we'd love to go back and use the apartment again.

Unfortunately there was building work going on in the apartment block for the whole fortnight. Not the owners fault but the drilling and hammering was relentless. They also left the door to the building open all day which was concerning. There were a few extras that would have been helpful. We only were given one bin liner, 2 dishwasher tablets and one loo roll for a fortnight. I have no issue buying these items but without a car it just added extra to the shopping and we had to leave stuff there that we didn’t use. The kitchen was fully equipped though. And lots of useful items for the beach available, chairs, umbrellas etc. terrace is definitely smaller than it looks in the photos but only two of us so was fine. Didn’t spend much time out there due to the noise of the builders during the day. Always plenty of hot water and shower was powerful. Sunbeds always available by the pool and pool was quiet (maybe the time of year) Great base for Mijas, Fuengirola, Puerto Banus. Bus card was great , only 40 cents per journey. Uber much cheaper than the minicabs available.

Location Location Location

Tatiana's top floor apartment was just perfect, as you could not fault the location with lovely views out to sea and down the beach to Puerto de Cabopino from the spacious and private balcony. The apartment itself is accessed via a lift and is comfortable and well furnished with a full kitchen (lots of utensils) which includes a washing machine. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for hanging clothes and the main bedrooms double bed was very comfortable, affording a great nights sleep; with just the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. Although there is good Wi-Fi there is no UK TV which wasn't an issue for us. There are two adult pools and a children's pool which are not heated, again not a problem. Close by there are bars, restaurants and various shops including two supermarkets. Tatiana was the perfect host, being very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. We are looking forward to returning in the near future. Vic & Pat (England)

Fantastic view, Apartment ok

The view from the large terrace was really fantastic. The apartment is pretty small, especially the master bedroom. The beds where really comfortable but the rest of the furniture including the kitchen pretty basic and not the newest. The dining room chairs are well used and nor very comfortable to sit on for any length of time. The apartment was nice and clean, the caretaker who checked us in seemed to be in a hurry to get away. But Tania, the owner who was not around, was always quick to answer any enquiries we had by e-mail, The complex is not exactly sound proofed, you can hear the neighbour putting a plug in the socket. With only a few people there it was ok but I wouldn't want to be there with all the apartments inhabited and all the air-conditionings running. The whole area is dominated by apartment complexes along the coast and behind. it seemed easier to find a full English breakfast in the various restaurants and bars then authentic Spanish food. Well, it's all a question of preferences.

My wife and I stayed at the apartment from November 26th 2023 to January 13th 2024 While looking for suitable accommodation we came across Tania’s penthouse in the quaint area of Calahonda
 And after reading the description, seeing the pictures, and the previous feedback from other stayers, we decided to give it a go
. The description is very accurate regarding the apartment, but what a bonus the balcony was
 The view right around the ample sized balcony is breathtaking
. From the full Mediterranean view on one side, down to the beautiful vistas of Cabopino, then across to the climbing mountains on the other side
 Truly beautiful
 The apartment itself has a small open plan galley kitchen, with adjoining utility room, a decent sized living / dining room, for 2 adults or 2 adults and a couple of kids, 2 even sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, and a decent sized bathroom with walk in shower. The apartment is on the top floor of the urbanisation with easy access via a lift. The access to the boardwalk is very easy, which leads onto a variety of beaches and bars.. There are both supermarkets and bars a comfortable walking distance, along with the bus stops for buses that will take you as far as you wish to go.. Tania is an excellent host and always at hand to help with any issues or information you may need or want

Beautiful apartment - Just missing the wow factor

Where to start. Good Stuff 1st the apartment is in an excellent location with outstanding views and a nice welcome cooling sea breeze. Its like a Mercedes Benz car beautiful and looks just right. Location is great and the entire complex is clean and well maintained (daily!). Shops, beach, bar, restaurants all close enough to enjoy but not so close they are in the way. Air Con worked well (only used it 2-3 times during the stay as it was warm but had a nice breeze from the sea temp was 24 at night and average 38 during the day. nice for august. Pools were clean and well maintained. Con's Like I mentioned this is a Mercedes Benz, I say this because like the car if you skimp on the options its not very good. The apartment was as though no one had stayed before, we left loads of left overs like, salt and pepper, bottles of water, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing powder, bin liners etc. These are day to day stuff that was missing. The newer furniture is direct from IKEA and in fair condition, no drawers for unpacking into for long term use (??) I had to mop the floor 4 times on arrival just to get the marble floors so we could walk bare footed with out getting dirty feet. No English satellite TV and definitely no internet in this apartment. The description on renting leads you to believe you are getting these included. This complex is quite large (quiet though) and the room with the internet is some distance away. Therefore if you need internet you have to make a trip to get it. Its a 6mbps connection and has lots of people often connected to it. I say on average 6-10 people every time I connected to it and the wireless doesn't go very far! Oven was terrible but this is common for Spanish apartments. The shower is nice and powerful but quite small size wise. The sink needs attention as its glass and looks great but its brackets are bending under the weight. The kitchen was/is probably the original one when it was built and again no real wow factor, just a cheap kitchen with cheap appliances, now I may sound like a snob but the apartment opposite was selling for 450K euros we just expected more... Overall 4 out of 5 shows it was worth going just needs some finishing/final touches to make it 5 out of 5.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is really lovely and exactly as described. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need, even books and magazines! The balcony is very spacious with comfortable furniture and wonderful views of the ocean. Tania was very helpful and answered my texts straight away when I had a query. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back again.
