A lovely spacious three-bedroom apartment in a quiet area of Nicosia with easy access to all important amenities. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine making it suitable for long periods of stay and it can easily be used by anyone looking for a place to stay while in Nicosia.
It features a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea/coffee or that cold beer in the afternoon.
The fully air-conditioned apartment is cosy, guest-friendly, and can easily accommodate up to 5 adults. It features a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea/coffee or that cold beer in the afternoon.
As you step inside the apartment, you will find an open living space that features a comfortable sofas, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair
• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
• Please note that the shower in the bedroom is disabled, but the apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub for your use.
