The house is accessed from street level via approximately 20 easy steps.

• GARDEN WITH HOT TUB:
The private garden is equipped with a heated hot tub, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

• TERRACE:
Furnished with table, chairs, and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining under the stars.

• LIVING AREA:
Bright and cozy living room with sofa, dining table, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and access to a beautiful sea-view balcony. Air-conditioned.

My wife and I had such a fantastic time staying here on our honeymoon! The views from the apartment are gorgeous and the hot tub was well maintained and was perfect to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The only drawback is there are a lot of stairs to get around town, but Angelo was always very accommodating and even saved us a trip by getting groceries for us. Angelo was a fantastic host and was very responsive to any questions that we had. My wife and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great spot. I recommend renting a scooter to make getting around a little easier. Also, take a boat tour to Isle of Capri; it’s well worth it. Angelo was a great host, always checking in to see if anything was required.

The host Angelo was really great. Flexible, responsive with some great tips. The view from the cottage was simply fabulous. The location was peaceful and ideal for us. With nice restaurants and bars. We had a lovely relaxing time.

This was one of the best places I have stayed! The hot tub with the views was this biggest highlight! The owner was very nice and very helpful with explaining how the bus routs work that made it easy to get around the area. 10/10 would stay here again!

our stay was incredible! we had the best honey moon thanks to Angelo. the place was clean and they even surprised us with flowers! angelo helped us navigate the city and was very thoughtful. would highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate to book this property. We absolutely loved everything about staying in this home!! Especially the yard and outdoor space felt so quiet, private and enjoyable to take in the beautiful views. We loved having the hot tub for the cool evenings. The place is clean, comfortable & spacious. Angelo was a great host and provided us with everything we needed and went above and beyond to help get us a scooter delivered, special treatment at his family’s restaurant (definitely worth going) and helpful recommendations. It is a walk to get places but that’s expected in this area, a scooter was very helpful getting around. If we ever come back to Amalfi we’d choose Praiano and Angelo’s place for sure

The Amalfi Coast was our first stop on our honeymoon, and we were really glad we found this place. Angelo was such a great host. He reached out to us a few weeks before the trip about our plans and offering any assistance we needed. He helped us in getting from the bus stop up to the house, which did require a taxi with all of our luggage. His father greeted us on our arrival with flowers, and the house had maps and ample information about the area. Angelo checked in on us daily via text to make sure we had all we needed. Even once we had left, he texted to make sure we made it on the bus. When I told him the bus was having some mechanical issues, he even offered to call us a taxi if we needed!The house itself was beautiful with the most gorgeous view. You could just spend your trip there and be happy. It is definitely very high up on the cliff, but it was so nice to sit in the hot tub and away from the noise and crowds. We stayed on some of the hottest days of the year, and even so, the hot tub was very enjoyable at night.The only part of our trip we really struggled with public transportation. I think because we were visiting in the busiest part of the year, the buses were often very late, which made it difficult to move around the area. By the end of our stay, we wished we took Angelo up on helping us rent a scooter, even just to get up to the house from the restaurants and shops in Praiano. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful views, very responsive owner

Great property, perfect for the two of us. Views are fantastic, cannot be beat. Check-in was simple, just a quick meeting at the house. The owner sent a quick text each morning to make sure we were doing OK, and when we needed something it was there in a few hours. I even texted him an hour before dinner to ask if he thought we needed reservations at a local restaurant on the water, and he texted back that it was set up. When we got to the restaurant they had a table waiting for us, along with some free drinks. Everything about this stay was above and beyond, I'd stay there again for sure. Angelo is the best vacation rental owner I've ever dealt with; he sets the standard for anyone wanting to do this professionally. showed us

THANK YOU! What an amazing place to stay, we booked 2 days before travel and wow we were not disappointed, the home is beautifully set above the Amalfi coast looking down on Praiano. This peaceful location was the perfect place to relax in the garden with options of sunny or shaded areas not to forget the hot tub and outdoor cooking facilities, just fabulous. We felt very safe and secure with the private garden, just the lizards to say hello😊. Out and about the bus system was a cheap way to travel, it stops out front and visits local towns. Taxis are reliable but expensive but also very friendly but the water taxis were our preferred choice between the amalfi hotspots, we watched the sunset on the way back from Sorrento. Angelo was the perfect host, lovely bottle of fizz in the fridge to start with and nothing was too much trouble, Angelo made our stay to be honest, he booked us taxis, restaurants, days out and even put us in touch with a private driver for the day (well worth it). Vespas delivered to the house upon request and even gave us a number for groceries delivered to the door. Thank you Angelo. Eating out was something we did twice a day, lunch is within walking distance to a good few bars, plenty to go at. In the evening lots of restaurants recommend by Angelo offered a free shuttle service to and from the eatery, this was a great touch. (il pino) was my favourite. I could write for hours, we will be back. Thanks again!
