La villa est une charmante construction ancienne entièrement modernisée, agréablement exposée au soleil et avec une splendide vue imprenable sur la mer immaculée adjacente, les lits très confortables conviennent à un nombre de cinq personnes. De la villa, vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique et respirerez les senteurs de la côte de (URL HIDDEN), la villa est répartie sur un espace total d'environ 100 mètres carrés. Il a une grande terrasse privée et habitable avec vue sur la mer, un jardin privé, la climatisation et le chauffage. La villa est située dans une zone piétonne, dans le centre historique du XVIIIe siècle de Praiano, perle de la côte amalfitaine, à environ 100 mètres d'une épicerie suralimentée et de l'arrêt de bus local. Vous pouvez choisir votre favori parmi un large choix de restaurants à environ 1 km et un charmant village avec une plage équipée d'établissements balnéaires, de location de bateaux et de canots, etc. environ 1. 5 km. Vous accéderez à la villa depuis le parking en remontant un chemin public d'environ 100 mètres avec un escalier agréable d'environ 66 marches d'escalier. Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

The Perfect Stay!

We are so thankful to have chosen this location. Traveling to Italy for the first time was a bit intimidating but that all changed when we connected with the best host we’ve ever had, Cosimo!! From arranging transportation, welcoming us, going out of his way to accommodate even the smallest request, Cosimo was responsive, accommodating and understanding. Made the trip to Rome so much smoother. And then the penthouse and location. Absolutely dead center where we wanted to be between Vatican City and Ancient Rome. The flat itself was safe, amazing, plenty of space, views, and comfortable bedding/seating to make our time there uber enjoyable. Especially loved the artistic touches around each nook and cranny. The details Cosimo provided on restaurants, sites, etc was as detailed as anything we have ever seen! He actually reviews and rates them all from his vast experience living in Rome. Thank you Cosimo! You were the perfect host!

Beautiful place to stay and so happy we made the call to stay in praiano away from the crowds. Annamaria is the best host and her place is one of the best places we’ve stayed in over the years. Absolutely brilliant choice….5 stars!!!

Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

Views and Climbs!!

Annamaria was amazing! She greeted us and then made a magnificent feast along with her partner— to celebrate our friends’ 40th anniversary! Felt so pampered! We hiked the Path of the Gods and felt a real sense of accomplishing a challenge! We slept well and LOVED every second on the amazing terrace

Amazing Stay

Amazing villa, perfect place for 2 couples. We took the bus to Positano and Amalfi and walked to restaurants around town. Annamaria was wonderful and easy to work with.

It Couldn’t Have Been Better….

Annamaria’s property was as advertised and More…the indoor living was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor was over the top…I do not think we took one shower indoors. Having the outdoor shower was the best.Great Views all the while having privacy. Annamaria was a Great host, she helped with all of our transportation needs, but also helped set up some tours and dining…..If you are looking for a quite beautiful villa that is still close to all things Amalfi, look no further!

Beautiful house with great view

We had a great week at Anna Maria's house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the bus. We mostly walked down and took the bus back. To visit other cities on the Amalfi Coast, we recommend the bus or boat since parking is very limited. The boat ride was amazing! For food, we enjoyed Armandino's restaurant at the beach, recommended by Anna Maria. It was delicious and fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful week!

We love Praiano and this property

What an absolutely amazing stay. We adored everything about this casa. The rooms, the kitchen , the balconies and especially the terrace and the views! And Praiano was the perfect home base for exploring the Amalfi coast . It was much less crowded and touristy than the neighboring towns and had such a wonderful feel to it. We always enjoyed returning to the villa after a busy day of site seeing . Praiano has amazing restaurants, kind people and a great free beach . We found it fairly easy to get to the other towns on the coast via bus, despite being there in the busy season. Annamaria was a fabulous host. She was so kind and helpful . We would return any day! Absolutely recommend booking this villa!

Lovely getaway place, comfortable, amazing view peaceful

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Wonderful apartment with incredible views

Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!

Charming with beautiful views!

Although it was quite rainy during our stay, we loved the comfortable villa, village of Praiano, and the Amalfi coast. Annamaria was wonderful with her suggestions of local things to do and how to get around. Our group really enjoyed dining on the villa’s covered patio with the exquisite views! This place was a dream and AnnaMaria was a wonderful host! We LOVED our stay. It was an absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views. Everything we hoped for and more. But if you bring a car you will have to pay a lot for parking fyi.

Annamaria was the perfect host, she communicated clearly and was very prompt with responses. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with our favorite part being the patio. The perfect place for a nap on the hammock, playing cards, or eating dinner. 10/10 experience!

Great house, great location and the best host!

Annamaria was just amazing! She made sure the check in was seem less, she reserved us a parking space, made reservations for us and made us feel right at home. Also, she and her friend cooked us the best dinner we had in Italy! As for the house, it was the best! Very clean and comfortable and the terrace is amazing! You can’t find a better place in the Amalfi area.

We didn't want to leave!

Incredible property in a perfect location. Annamaria was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in her home. The backyard/garden/patio is the absolute best part! I was able to pick fresh tomatoes from the garden! We can't wait to stay at this property again and next time for longer.
