Notre logement est situé à Praiano, au cœur de la côte amalfitaine, à seulement 6 km de Positano et à 8 km d'Amalfi.
La splendide application Flatiron 1 comprend 1 salle de bain, 1 chambre double, 1 grande cuisine avec canapé-lit double. Lits: 4.
L'appartement dispose de 2 terrasses. Tous deux avec table et chaises en céramique Vietri. Une avec chaises longues, parasol et barbecue, idéale pour un dîner romantique avec vue sur la mer. Vous tomberez alors amoureux de l'autre terrasse située au point culminant de l'appartement. Là, vous profiterez d'une magnifique vue à 360 ° sur la côte amalfitaine.
Notre logement a été récemment rénové, donc finement meublé et équipé de tout le confort. La cuisine de style classique avec cuisinière à 4 feux, machine à café (américaine, italienne / moka), four classique et micro-ondes, grille-pain, réfrigérateur, vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, table et chaises. Dans chaque chambre sont installés au mur: un écran LCD avec système de télévision par satellite plus un climatiseur (pompe à chaleur), lave-linge, coffre-fort et wi-fi gratuit.
À côté de l'entrée principale de notre logement se trouve l'arrêt de bus en direction de Positano et toutes les autres attractions principales de la côte amalfitaine.
A quelques mètres de notre appartement, vous trouverez d'excellents restaurants et un mini-marché où vous pourrez acheter de la nourriture et des produits ménagers.

Un parking payant est disponible sur demande.

The apartment speaks for itself. Views are marvelous and accommodations are excellent. But what really stands out is the hosts attention to all the needs that contribute to a memorable visit. Priaino is not just an alternative to Positano or Amalfi. It is a relatively quiet and relaxing place to use as a base from which to visit any of the high traffic destinations along the coast.We will be back.

My stay was absolutely amazing! Adele and her sisters were there to greet me when I arrived. They had instructions on the bus schedule, places to eat, places to see. They were quick to respond to questions. They were so helpful. The place was immaculate. I would definitely stay here if I were to come back to Praino.

We had a lovely time in Praiano. The rental unit was clean and very comfortable. Since we like to cook, having a fully equipped kitchen was important to us and it was. We are in our sixties, so only having one flight of stairs was nice too. We've traveled all over Europe, the U.S. and New Zealand and this was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed.

Adele and her sisters were beyond accommodating! Adele met with us as we arrived and showed us around the apartment. She had a binder of helpful tips for us that really came in handy. We were also given with a gift on our last day. Highly recommend!

Could not be more happy with our stay. We had spoke of traveling to Italy for over 30 years of our marriage. In planning our trip I spent a great deal of time researching areas and places to stay. I did not think it was possible to meet our expectations with how long we were dreaming about this trip, but they did. Adele and sisters were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. From their quick replies to our questions to their gift of homemade tomato sauce when they learned I love to cook, it made for an absolute trip of a lifetime. The apartment had the most spectacular views and Praiano was the perfect location to escape the high intensity of normal life. I can’t recommend jt enough.

Magnificent!

We loved this little slice of paradise in authentic and welcoming Praiano! This property is centrally located in Praiano and on the Amalfi Coast. There are 2 small groceries and 2 restaurants within 20 feet! The local Praiano bus and the Praiano-Positano bus stops right out the front door. It’s amazing! The hosts arranged our to and from Naples airport private transfers, and they were great! They provided an orientation, maps and other useful details! It was a great help to have the clothes washer too! Coffee and the elegant balcony was unforgettable! We would absolutely stay here again! Adele and her sisters are excellent hosts and very responsive! Ciao!

Wonderful and Amazing

Everything about our stay was magical! The apartment was very clean and THE VIEW - such a breathtaking view of the sea! The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Adele helped us with everything we needed from arranging our travel to and from Naples to restaurant recommendations in Praiano. She responded quickly and treated us like family. Her sisters stopped by on our last day to say goodbye. Such a wonderful family! If we plan another trip to the Amalfi Coast, we would only stay at Flatiron - it was within walking distance to markets, restaurants and bars. We had so much fun, thank you to Adele and her sisters!

Breathtaking view! Charming place!

The flatiron was perfect! It looked just like the pictures. Airy and beautiful. Everything was Charming and the ocean views from kitchen, bedroom and both balconies were stunning! Our Hosts were super helpful and very attentive. Paola and Adele arranged private transfers, provided details for eating out, shopping, transportation and hiking the Path of the gods. And booked a Capri tour that with a local skipper. They made our trip to Amalfi so easy and enjoyable. We enjoyed how quiet the town was. And will come back and stay again next year. We have new friends in Praiano!

Better than perfect!

This apartment is better than the pictures and at a perfect location. Not just an amazing view, but close to delicious restaurants and near a market for basic necessities. The sisters who host this place are by far the most helpful and attentive hosts we have ever had, and we rent places often. They helped with suggestions, transportation, and anything else we needed. Adele, the oldest sister, was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Her three sisters met us at the end to say goodbye and gave us a parting gift of limoncello! They are so kind and genuine. Also, being there in July was hot…but the AC works amazingly. If we ever return, we will stay again!!

Excellent location right in central Praiano, Restaurants,bars and shops less than 50 yards away. Friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts are outstanding! The view from the Veranda is world class, the rooftop view and space absolutely fantastic! Thank you to Adele for your joyful, welcoming and happy introducing the area. Beware of driving conditions and regulations in the area: You won't be able to drive a car every day; Happy Scootering solves it perfectly! (Scooters also just up the street). We loved everything! Thank you for excellent olive oil, water bottle, prosecco and limoncello!Thank you for the multitude of towels, the beautiful bathroom and your kind advice on getting around.

Amazing apartment with a gorgeous view! The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well-stocked. You can’t beat the views from either balcony, especially the roof top one. We have traveled extensively in Europe for over 20 years and haven’t met anyone as warm and helpful as Adele. She is such a genuine and sweet human and it was such a pleasure meeting her. A perfect paradise!

We cannot say enough about our wonderful our stay at Flatiron in Praiano. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well-stocked with all the necessities and the view is breathtaking! It is centrally located both on the mountain and in the town to easily navigate the area. There is a small local grocery store almost at the door, two very nice restaurants- one across the street and one around the corner- other delicious restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking, a bus stop approximately 35 feet from the door, and a wonderful scooter rental place 150 yards up the street. Paola, Rosa and Adele are the most thoughtful, kind, and helpful hosts that we have ever encountered in our travels. They do not hesitate to help make your stay memorable! Best everything - location, host, view, accommodation, etc.

This place is a gem. It is very spacious with the best view and the most convenient location. There are so many positives that I don’t know how to list them all. Super host Adele and her sisters are like family. The place was very well stocked in every way possible. A couple of great restaurants and grocery store are right at your door step. There are bus stops right there too. Yet this place is quiet and every morning you wake up to this amazing view!! If you need to go to Capri or anywhere else on Amalfi Coast, Adele will help you with booking too. You will just have to stay here for few days or week to truly appreciate this amazing place. Thank you Adele for your hospitality, thoughtfulness and kindness. We definitely want to bring our kids back and rent connecting units from you soon.

My daughter and I travel travel often and both that our 2 week stay in the Sosori Holiday Homes Apartment “Flat Iron 1” rates as one of our best travel experiences. From initial contact with the owners as we were booking, to the gracious hospitality upon our arrival to Praiano, to the attention to our every need, to their Invaluable recommendations, our vacation on the Amalfi Coast could not have been more perfect. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed with decor and every amenity we could want, and extremely clean. THE views❣️ Oh my. From two separate level balconies. Absolutely Stunning. Easy access to all public transportation. Wonderfully Located in between the towns of Positano and Amalfi. Simply THE best. Best place to stay in the Amalfi Coast

My Husband and I arrived in Naples, for a10 day vacation, where we were met by our driver. I had asked Adele the host, how I could get to Praiano and she arranged the transportation for us. When we arrived at FlatIron 1, Michaela and Hilaria were waiting for us. They showered us how everything worked, gave us keys, bus schedules, restaurant names to try. They were very helpful and kind. They made us feel welcome and settled. The flat is comfortable, fully equipped and has the most beautiful views and sitting areas. It is next to the super market, the bus stop and within walking distance of excellent restaurants and eateries. Praiano is quaint, with great restaurants and a nominal amount of tourists compared to Positano and Amalfi. We were so happy that was our home base. What really made our vacation so unforgettable however, were the hosts. Adele is the best go to person. She is always a text away. She helped us with reservations, transportation issues and recommendations. Michaela and Hilaria were personable and helpful. There are not enough words to express our gratitude and how lucky we feel to have stayed at Flatiron 1 and to have met the 3 most wonderful sisters. Grazie bellas, ciao!

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at FLATIRON in Praiano

Our stay at FLATIRON APP was nothing short of spectacular! First of all, the hosts - Adele and her sisters Paola, Michaela and Hilaria are the kindest, most hospitable people we met on our entire trip which extended from the North to the South. They absolutely made the end to our trip a beautiful and unforgettable experience. This apartment offers breathtaking, unrivalled views of the Amalfi Coast that simply have to be experienced in person with not only a wraparound balcony accessible from both the main dining room and bedroom but also an additional private balcony/terrace located on the rooftop. Waking up to the sight of the crystal-clear waters and vibrant coastline along with watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our entire trip! The location is ideal for exploring Praiano. Close walk down the beautiful staircase that is decorated by local art to the beach. It’s peaceful and tucked away from the more tourist-heavy areas, yet close enough to access amazing restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. We loved how convenient it was to take day trips to nearby Positano and Amalfi, knowing we could return to the tranquility of this gorgeous spot in the evening. The dining we experienced in Praiano was by far the best we had on the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend IL PINO and Kasai! If we had more time, I’m sure there would be more! If you're looking for a slice of paradise on the Amalfi Coast, we cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely returning!

Heaven on Earth

This is the closest place to heaven that one can get. We stayed 2 weeks in this incredible apartment with Adele and her sisters as our angels. This marked every box that we have for staying anywhere on the Amalfi coast (and some we hadn't even thought of). Adele was beyond helpful on providing any information that we needed and could not have been sweeter. We asked for help in getting a last minute tour of the Marisa Cuomo Winery and lunch with wine tasting at Bacco restaurant in Furore which Adele was able to do. The gift of Prosecco, delicious homemade spaghetti sauce and limoncello were so special. I challenge anyone to stay here and leave without planning their return. Grazie Mille Adele and sisters!

Beautiful view, beautiful town!

We truly enjoyed our experience at this apartment in Praiano! From the day we booked, Adele communicated with us and was available if we had any questions. The apartment is exactly as pictured with spectacular views! We rented a car and Adele was able to confirm a parking spot for us in town. Adele met us upon arrival and spent a few minutes with us going over how to navigate public transport and gave fabulous recommendations for restaurants in the area. Staying in Praiano we were able to easily get around and we’re conveniently located across from a grocery, etc. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Most amazing location!!!

Difficult to put into words the amazing hospitality and attentiveness of owners, location of home and cleanliness and details put into every room. So thrilled we stayed in Praiano when visiting the Amalfi coast but this house specifically was PERFECT!! Hard to believe perfect reviews but trust me every person before us that said it was amazing was 100% honest!! We are already planning another trip for next year and will never consider staying anywhere except for right here hosted by Adele (best host ever bless her) and her sisters! ❤️❤️❤️

Best Possible Location!

Our stay at Flatiron 1 was the absolute best. Photos do not even begin to show the beauty of Praiano. The apartment was perfect in terms of size and location. Restaurants, grocery etc directly out our door. It was a dream come true. The best part was Adele. She was so accommodating, kind and generous with her time and gifts...a friend for life. This is definitely the unit to book!!

Magical Enchanting Experience

This vacation home surpassed all of our expectations for the week that we booked. From the minute I saw the pics online I knew I wouldn't want to leave once we got there. We felt like we had stepped back in time to a magical place filled with all sorts of things to discover. Praiano is all vertical so be prepared because you will need to be able to do stairs and lots of walking. But we wouldn't want it any other way. We immersed ourselves into the culture and the people as much as we could and what an experience it was! The grocery store is literally outside the front door so you never need to go far for a meal. Don't miss out on the amazing pizza at la morresa across the street. Watch the yachts sail by from morning to evening and wonder if some movie star just floated by. In fact we found an app that can tell you just that called vessel finder. My husband loved that. We walked part of the Path of the Gods for a bird's eye view of Positano and came across a man and his horse way up there! We booked Sergio's cooking experience and can't wait to make our own pasta. We dozed off while watching the boats go by outside our bedroom window. We loved watching the sun go down from our very own rooftop balcony. We walked from one end of town to the other countless times and never got tired of the scenery. Then we would come back to our little piece of heaven that Adele and her sisters provided for us. They were always available, always friendly, always concerned that we were taken care of. We came home one night to find that they had left us a bottle of homemade spaghetti sauce! And sent us off with a bottle of limoncello to remember our wonderful experience. We will never forget their kindness and hospitality on this 30th anniversary/ honeymoon! We hope to come back here again because we will never stay in Positano or anywhere else after this experience. Don't change anything about your home... it's perfect! Thank you Adelle and sisters! Love you and see you next time❤
