Welcome to Artsy Gem, an amazing one bedroom (862 sqft / 80 m2) apartment located between the trendy AntĂłn MartĂn and Huertas neighborhoods with plenty of little pop-up stories, designer boutiques, funky cafes, and restaurants. This colorful and spacious home comes with a big and bright open-concert living and kitchen area with three balconies overlooking the lively street. This amazing home awaits you, perfect for a small group of friends or a couple!
The Space:
Upon entering the apartment, you will find the entrance corridor, fitted with some big wardrobes. Right at the end of it, you will find the huge open space that is split into different areas. The seating area comes with a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs. The dining area has a big table for up to 6 people. Right next to it, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may need during your stay such as an oven, stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine amongst others. Next to the ample and nice kitchen island, there is a reading area that faces one of the 3 balconies of this room, consisting of 2 black leather armchairs. These 3 small balconies overlook the lively Santa Isabel street below and flood the space with lots of natural light.
Adjacent to the living area, the TV room counts with one of the 2 full bathrooms of the apartment, fitted with a walk-in shower. The modern washing and drying machine is located in this room. The spacious bedroom, located on the other side of the living area, comes with a queen size bed and large built in wardrobes with lots of space for personal belongings. The bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink area with a mirror and bright lighting. The bedroom also counts with its own balcony.
With wooden floors throughout, complimenting artwork and furnishings, you will be sure to have a wonderful stay in this trendy apartment, making your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
