It is a practical and functional 20 mÂČ duplex studio apartment fdeal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is located on a street-facing ground floor.
The studio features a 135 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, both with bed linen, electric radiator heating and television.
The single bed is located on a fun mezzanine level accessible via stairs.
You'll find a dining area for 3 people.
There is a modern bathroom with a shower, shower gel and a hairdryer. For greater comfort and hygiene, we've installed an electric hand dryer instead of hand towels. We provide one bath towel per guest, which youâll find on the beds.
Hot water is supplied by an electric heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs. Please use it responsibly for proper operation.
The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, tableware for 3 people, and other usual utensils. For laundry, thereâs a portable clothesline and an iron available.
The accommodation has everything you need so you donât have to worry about a thing, comforts to make you feel at home!
