Lovey apt. Great location!

We loved this apartment! Great roomy space and great location. The rooftop terrace was awesome. Easy checkin, quick responses from the host. Walked to a lot of spots to shop, and eat. Taxi’s were easy to get too. Would stay again for sure.

Book it for the roof top terrace

Perfectly suited appartment for 4 people (one bedroom is rather small, but we then used the sofa couch in the living room for 1 person. We spent the majority of the time on roof top terrace which was really nice.

Wonderful apartment with a terrace

The apartment was perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself. We loved the outside terrace in the evening to unwind and to dry our clothes. The location was safe, easy walking to locations or catching the bus and subway. Grocery stores nearby and a small market for minor items. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus with 3 of us. Full kitchen allowed us to get a good start in the morning! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

Once we arrive at the apartment our host welcomed us and checked us in. In the following days we discovered that the apartment was in a great spot from where we could walk almost everywhere. Taxis were also vlose by if needed. Food venues right downstairs. As for the apartment itself it was perfectly equipped with all the things we would need. From the kitchen to bathrooms. Only issue we had was that the hot water took a little playing with but worked well once going. All in all i would rent it again if in Barcelona.

1-week stay at this location

The apartment was located very close to the Urquinaona Metro Station. Location was 10 out of 10. When you stay here, you are literally close to La Rambla, Catalonya Square, the Arc of Triumph, the Boqueria market, etc. The apartment was also very comfortable. But we did experience some issues: the toilet in the master bedroom was not working, and the water pressure in the sink was very low. We reported the issue to the property management company that they use: Stay U-nique. They had given us a whatsapp number to use. We did as they mentioned. They said they would take care of the problem but then it was radio silence. We waited for 24 hours and then I had to find a way to resolve the issue myself. It is because of this that I am giving this stay a poor rating on communication. Other than that, the apartment was great.

Cute in great location, needs some attention

The location of this apartment is perfect. You access the attic by a tight spiral stairs that leads you toa glass sunroof that opens with a remote control. The system gave us some trouble to open and close, a maintenance guy came and determined it was the motor so we didn't use it anymore. The beds are small, they are like a full size bed. It needs some attention, especially the light in the master bathroom where water leaks from the roof when it rains, falling to the sink and also filling the light glass cocer. The toilet doesn't stop from filling the tank, like if it is leaking water into the toilet non stop. Other than that, this is a great apartment to rent.
