It is convenient for reaching both the seaside resorts of the north coast of Procchio and Paolina, and for those who want to travel along the Costa del Sole, in the west of the island.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The 2 bed-room apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa; double room; bedroom with two single beds that can turn into a double bed; bathroom with shower cubicle; small storage room with entrance from the outside to store bicycles, keep beach equipment or other. The apartment overlooks a pedestrian street which gives access to only two houses and is therefore quiet. A small table is available that can be placed outside for eating out (not to be left on the street when not in use).

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
