Bienvenue à 204 W Acapulco. Bénéficiant de 4 300 pieds carrés vivants, cette maison de 8 chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à 27 personnes, dans des lits, ce qui en fait une propriété de location de vacances de premier ordre pour les grands groupes familiaux. Cette propriété vient d'être rénovée en mai 2017 et dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers! La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les plats, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles et nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer de délicieux repas. Le salon au premier étage est équipé d'une table de billard en plus d'un téléviseur HD 70 ". La cour arrière est facilement accessible par le salon / salle à manger. Cette cour magnifiquement aménagée offre une piscine privée chauffée et un bain à remous où les clients peuvent se détendre et laisser leurs soucis flotter avec la brise de l'île. Cette maison a plusieurs balcons ... 1400 pieds carrés de balcons! Les 2e et 3e étages ont des balcons à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison. Ces balcons sont facilement accessibles depuis les chambres et offrent un grand espace pour voir la vue sur la baie. Les clients peuvent garer leur véhicule dans le spacieux garage pour deux voitures et dans l'allée.

Cette maison est située à distance de marche du quartier des divertissements, des magasins locaux et des restaurants, vous n'êtes donc jamais trop loin d'un bon moment. Avec deux espaces de vie séparés et un solarium au 3ème étage, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille pour se détendre quand ils ne sont pas au bord de la piscine. Six grands téléviseurs à écran plat signifient que personne ne devra rater le gros gibier ou son émission préférée. Si vous voulez sortir de la maison, les plages de sable de South Padre Island sont à quelques minutes. The property was over priced for the quality of home presented. Pool was dirty, yard is not maintained, Lack of dishes for storing left over food.The house accommodates large groups for sleeping, but is not adequate for sit down meals or sitting area.Jacuzzi only had 1 jet working and did not heat. Limited parking for large groups. The positives were spacious balconies, great AC, good beds and spacious bathrooms.In closing,I would definitely choose SPI for their service, but I would not choose this particular home for future vacations.Thanks, Debbie

There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large group. The backyard is well fenced in. The pool and hot tub were clean. The best part was that we were allowed to check in an hour hourly, which was when we arrived.

Great getaway

House was huge, we had rooms that no one used. The pool and hot tub were a little dirty but not bad enough from stopping us from jumping in. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for big groups and families

The house is huge and good for big group. The pool and kitchen is good for a family. Lots of bed so you could sleep comfortably. We have a good time a really enjoy the place. I would recommend this place if you have big group and want a big house. Will come back again in the future!

Perfect

We had 16 stay altogether (a mixture of adults and teenagers). The stay was perfect! Plenty of room, and it was in a wonderful location with everything in walking distance. Check in was easy, and everyone I talked to with the process was friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this place again to stay at in the future!

Beautiful spacious home

This home was big enough for my whole family of 16 people. The rooms are the size of a hotel room. My family had a blast. Everything is walking distance. The neighbors were friendly.The only down side was racial slurs yelled at my children.

Couples Group Vacation

There was plenty of space plus extra for the 10 of us that stayed. It was like being on vacation with a group of people but also having enough space to have your own time your spouse! SPI was very prompt and responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We had a great time and would stay at this property again!

Annual Family Vacation

The property was nice, we had a great time and a great work out climbing the stairs. Wifi wasn’t too great but luckily we were there for the beach and pool. Highly recommend, big cozy house for a large group. The house had, napkins, toilet paper, detergent, dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes wish. There was also a dishwasher with soap.

Great location, very clean, plenty of room for 14.

We had a great time at this rental. Great location and within walking distance to everything. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The pool table was also great. Nice big kitchen which was well stocked. The only problem was the water had to be turned off part of a day because of a city issue. We celebrated two birthdays and our 50th wedding anniversary. Perfect place for our whole family. Thank you for a very memorable vacation with our family.

The property was comfortable, the pool was dirty the first night not able to use the pool the first night, and the trash cans in the house were extremely dirty. There was a power outage for about 10 hrs on Saturday making our whole day awful and hot in the house and our food went bad. And pet friendly we couldn't take our pet not realizing the pet restrictions were 30lbs and under.

40th Birthday

We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. We did have a nice time. The location was great! A few things that need work was housekeeping and items for the house. Definitely should invest in plastic cups for a house that has an amazing pool. Glad we had the chance to stay at this VRBO / SPI property.
