Looking for that spacious island retreat for your family & friends? Well look no further - this is the property for you!! Centrally located on the island & only a short walk to the beach, and offers all the amenities that will keep you coming back year after year.

Some of its features include a privately fenced backyard oasis with a private pool, a super fun game room with a pool table, darts, shuffleboard, and Smart TV for entertaining. It is centrally located near grocery stores, shopping, sunset dining, and the entertainment center.

The home has been beautifully decorated with coastal colors and décor that are representative of our Island area. It comfortably sleeps 22 guests in soft mattresses and cozy bedding. The main living area is on the second floor & boasts a large open concept living-kitchen-dining area. The 4 full bathrooms all have walk-in showers, blow dryers, and plenty of towels.

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Our South Padre Island Vrbo was a radiant gem for our four families, a vibrant escape filled with laughter and cherished moments. The house enveloped us in comfort, its expansive layout perfectly suited for our lively group. Just across the main road from South Padre’s glistening beach, we relished the short walk to the shore, where days melted into waves and sandy toes. One starry evening, we embarked on a spontaneous late-night stroll to Whataburger, savoring shakes and fries with giggles under the island sky.The kitchen, the heart of our gatherings, shone with excellent cooking utensils, making group meals a delight—though we did need to grab a strainer to complete the set. A comical hiccup arose when we tried to boil water on “high,” only to wait over an hour for it to warm, thanks to mislabeled stove knobs. With a bit of tinkering, we switched the knobs back to their proper spots, and our culinary rhythm was restored.The outdoor pool was a sparkling oasis, beckoning us to dive in and bask in the South Padre sun, its cool waters a perfect retreat for both kids and adults. One unforgettable night, we turned the living room into a karaoke haven, belting out songs with boundless enthusiasm, our voices blending in a joyful symphony. Family vacation

The house was very clean and gave all of us enough room to be together or have some alone time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Close to many shops and places to eat that you can walk to. Having the game room and the pool just gave us more fun things to do!

Great house for large family vacation

Great house for a large family. So many extras. Two baskets of beach towels, ice machine, coolers, beach wagons, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enough dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and tools for grilling. They thought of everything. A shot walk to the beach. No need to leave. This house has something for everyone. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed as well. The neighborhood was excellent as well. The house is perfect for a big family trip. The only problem we faced was paying for damage from a broken tile that was already lifted/lose on the edge of a step. Also paying for a hole in a wall in the same room as the tile, none of us even had a clue about that hole, it was hiding behind a piece of furniture when we had first arrived.

Fantastic Family Friendly Property

Superb stock of all necessities in kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Great location with easy walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Outside area has plethora of seating around the nice warm pool, 2 charcoal grills, and a nice outdoor shower. Very clean property and responsive management!

Isla Breeze dream

Our entire family spent 4 days at Isla Breeze and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time together! Enough space to separate and to congregate !! Although the weather wasn’t always on our side - we had a wonderful trip. One note: bring water shoes to use in the pool as it is rough on the bottom and kids tore up their feet somewhat.
