We came from BC, Canada for our honeymoon in Lisbon at the end of August 2024 and had a poor experience at the âFeels Like Homeâ apartment. Communication was subpar right from the start, and we struggled to get into the unit. They emailed us saying they would only give us the unit information after our check-in time at 3pm, but never did. Once we arrived shortly after 3pm, nobody answered the phone numbers provided. After trying multiple numbers, we finally got a WhatsApp number to message and gained access soon after. The unit matched the photos but was musty, muggy, and hotter inside than outside. They had an a/c machine setup in the unit that was broken which Iâm not sure why they would leave in the unit if it doesnât work or was not included. When we reached out about it they of course said it wasnât included and passive aggressively sent us pictures of the fans provided that barely worked, making the space uncomfortable. The mini fridge couldnât keep up, leaving our food wet, and the minimal cooking utensils limited our options. The bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows, and the location required cabs for most trips, though there was a nice viewpoint nearby. Overall, the experience did not âFeel Like Home,â and we would not use this company again due to the poor service. We had stayed at many other places that were so much better than this. So it was a disappointment to end our honeymoon on this note & we felt it was needed to leave an honest review for future guests.
