The Space:

The interior exudes a refined charm, highlighted by an open-plan design that emphasizes spaciousness and light. The extensive windows bathe the space in natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the breathtaking Sedona landscape.

Moving outside, the patio area is a meticulously designed space that complements the natural beauty of its surroundings. The upper observation deck offers a spectacular vantage point for soaking in the expansive views, connecting with nature, and enjoying engaging conversations by the fire. THE HOME
This home is thoughtfully designed to highlight the spectacular outdoor vistas, offering a front-row seat to Sedona's stunning landscapes. The living area features a contemporary fireplace and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, creating a grand yet inviting atmosphere. Sunlight streams through large windows, illuminating the rich textures and warm tones of the decor, highlighted by a plush leather couch and distinctive furniture.

Adjacent to the living area, the dining space features a large wooden table. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end Bosch appliances and presents a striking contrast with its dark backsplash tiles against sleek Silestone countertops. A practical dumbwaiter adds convenience by facilitating the easy transport of groceries and essentials between floors.

The master bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary with soaring ceilings and large windows and glass doors that allow the bedroom to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. It includes a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and is complemented by a walk-in closet equipped with custom shelving and drawers for extensive storage. The second guest room features a queen bed and a clean, functional bathroom with both a tub and shower, while the third guest room, located just below the kitchen, offers twin beds and a spacious bathroom with a combined shower and tub.

Outdoors, the patio transforms into a natural elegance sanctuary with dual firepits, plush seating, and a built-in grille. A strategically placed hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day out. This home includes three bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 guests.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
