My wife and I along with our 4 pets enjoyed the property especially spending time at the waterfall and in the water. Thank you very much for the early check in.We had a excellent stay !

Great property. Off the beaten path which was nice and if you enjoy the stars patio was great to view the peaceful skys at night. Owner very easy to communicate with.

Everything about the property was perfect! The location and views were amazing! Comfortable beds! They truly thought of everything. I wish we had more than one night to spend there. It's located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the busy town, but far enough to give you a peaceful, serene stay.

Sedona is a wonderful place to visit and Chris’ place made us feel like we were home. From the kitchen set up, the fireplace, the hot tub, we felt relaxed and able to unwind just like we planned. We enjoyed the stay tremendously. Our only regret is not staying longer! We definitely will be back!! Thank you again Chris, your property is beautiful! Peter and Lisa

This was a clean and beautiful home in a quiet area of Sedona. All we could hear was the waterfall in backyard. Walking in the neighborhood was an adventure and we saw javelinas and rabbits in the morning. Host communication was on par. Will definitely return!

Place is just like described. Comfortable beds, kitchen supplied well for utensils, dishes etc .. The views at night are spectacular! Got to see the blood moon with full eclipse while there. Breathtaking!You may hear coyotes talking to each other at night, and we found out about Javelinas too. Hot tub was nice to relax in, and many short and long trails to venture out to within 10 minutes of house . We walked Bell Rock. beautiful place!

This is a beautiful place and so clean! Lovely for me and my adult friends. Great bedrooms and stunning views! Comfortable! Everything was just perfect! I wish I could live at this place.

Mother/daughters getaway!

Perfect spot for Mom and two adult daughters to stay. Beautifully appointed. Quiet. Pool/hot tub areas were so fun for evenings and shooting stars! Close to Oak creek for a quick pizza pickup after a full day in Sedona. Referring to my friends that want to do the same Sedona trip. Well done Chris!

This property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning rockwall backdrop — it truly feels like a getaway all on its own. Everything was spotless, well‑kept, and stocked with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the abundance of towels.The pool was definitely on the colder side, but the hot tub was perfect and made up for it. The only thing that caught me off guard was having no cell service at the house. Wi‑Fi was provided, but I wasn’t able to make phone calls during our stay.Overall, this was a fantastic rental for both adults and my boys. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise in the backyard

This place was beautiful inside and out. The backyard was so impressive and had a gorgeous view. The photos shown don't give the place justice, the second room connected to the master bedroom has a door. My family and i had the best time here. Wild javelins do roam the outside of the gates of property but we didn't mind. The host was kind and responsive.

Dessert serenity

We absolutely loved our stay. The neighbourhood was quiet and extremely peaceful minus the noisy stellar jays ;) The plunge pool was a great spot to sit and cool off in the afternoon August heat. However I would recommend stocking some plastic cups for using by the hot tub and pool, we checked all the cupboards but only found glasses. Overall I would highly recommend this property but be careful on the deck there were a few boards that were about to give way :)

The property was absolutely beautiful. I loved all the landscaping. We didn't get to use the pool due to rain but we did use the hot tub which was very relaxing after a hike to Devil's Bridge. The waterfall in the pool was also relaxing to hear. We turned all the lights off inside and out and the stars did not disappoint. The house had a nice big table for us to play cards and eat together. Both house and yard were dog friendly. The extra bathroom in the garage was nice. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. Definitely five stars.

Quiet rest

This home is beautiful and clean. The hot tub is huge with a great view. Beds are comfortable too! We used the fireplace and played some games that were on site. Kitchen has a good set of dishes and enough pots and pans if you want to cook. You're only 8 min for Clarks grocery too. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can hear coyote at night. The only thing that wasnt clear to me was that the primary bedroom and 3rd bedroom are tandem. (i.e. the only entrance/exit is through the primary bedroom) We really enjoyed our stay!
