Le Dock of the Bay # 204 est situé à l'extrémité sud de Lincoln City, dans le district de Taft, juste sur la baie de Siletz. C'est un endroit idéal pour explorer les petites boutiques pittoresques, les magasins de soufflage de verre et quelques excellents restaurants familiaux. Ce condo de deux chambres, deux salles de bain pourra accueillir six personnes, avec deux lits queen et un canapé-lit. Une salle de bain a une douche à l'italienne tandis que l'autre est un combo baignoire et douche. Ce condo comprend une télévision par câble, un lecteur DVD et une cheminée à bois. Ceci est un condo au deuxième étage. La vue sur la baie depuis votre terrasse privée vous permettra de rêver de rêve et de laisser votre stress s’éloigner de la brise. Si vous regardez légèrement à droite, vous verrez où l'embouchure de l'océan Pacifique entre dans la baie. L'accès à la plage et à la baie se trouve juste à l'extérieur du complexe. Si vous vous sentez à la hauteur, vous pouvez parcourir les sept kilomètres de rivage jusqu'au bout de Lincoln City. Great location

Nice living room space for the 4 of us to hang out. Was originally given the wrong access code but was able to communicate quickly with management. View of the bay was gorgeous. Condo was very clean. Walked to Mo's and the food cart pod across the street. Was a nice 2 night stay.

The property was easy to find and quiet. They had a lot things in the kitchen to make cooking easy. Lots of space to spread out. The only disappointment is the deck was covered in bird poop so we couldn’t use it.

Great stay

The fridge was missing and there was only a tiny mini fridge, the location was great and beach access was perfect, over all a very nice weekend

Excellent location and easy parking. No elevator, but only one flight of stairs. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. Property needs a little love. No light bulb in the main bedroom and outlets are extremely loose (plug fall out). Electric fireplace in bedroom didn’t work and no wood for wood fireplace. A little tight in kitchen and bathrooms, but you are really paying for the spot right on the beach, which was very convenient.

Quiet get away

We’ll stocked and nice view. Beautiful art work with beach theme. Close to MO’s and beach. Only down was our deck was totally unusable due to pigeons and pooh all over windows and sitting area.

A weekend away

Great location

This is a great location and has a wonderful view of the bay. It is waterfront, but there is no surf so you shouldn’t expect the ocean noise. The patio was screened in due to a problem with pigeons. Spending any time on the patio felt dirty due to the bird mess. The owners try to address the issue, but it clearly is an ongoing problem. The condo is clean with two full bathrooms. Well stocked and comfortable.

Sophie Sees the Sea: for the Second Time!

The place was comfortable,clean, and right on the bay. This gave Sophie an opportunity to experience both the tide life and the actual ocean. Our stay was wonderful, only thing I would do differently would be to ask for no steps next time (for myself 😏).

We did have a problem with the keyless entry lock so we spent the first 20 minutes trying to get in and had to call the property management company to have them give us the master code to the key lock box. Everything was good after that.

Sunshine at the Beach

Reviewer Comments: Nice view, nice place but it's aging and needs some updates. The carpet is stained (take it out) and the sink in the master bedroom would not drain. But cute place. I also had no idea where the dumpster was to empty our trash upon leaving. Give directions.

Great Vacation place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much The picture that is shone needs to be replaced as the beach is clean and you walk right out to the bay. Lots of wild life as well as salmon fishing and Crabbing as you walk toward the ocean. People on the beach were very friendly and loved to show you how to fish or crab. Parking was great we had 2 cars so we talked to property management where we could park and they were great about that.I sent Ocean vacation some things that needed updated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't be swayed by their advertised nightly rate. By the time they add booking fees, taxes and cleaning fees your cost will almost double. It is an OK location with OK amenities. But if you want any maid services, a hot tub, pool or other recreational facilities don't stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented at Waters edge for 6 years and love the Veiw but not the noise from the road. So we decided to try Dock of the bay this year We enjoyed quite. .. Liked the two bathrooms and 2nd bedroom for company. Are only disappointment was the cleanliness of the master bedroom and bathroom, there was black hair everywhere including between the sheets. That being said we would we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view of the bay. Had a beach fire when the tide was out, roasted sausages and marshmallows. Kids loved hunting for treasures when the tide was out. We had beautiful weather during our stay. Note: linen, pillows were missing for pull out bed in living room. Regular beds were comfortable for sleeping. Not quite as many dishes in kitchen for meals as we've had at other OBV properties: no pitcher for making juice, no waffle iron. Other than these items, good place to stay.
