The home has an elevator, but due to insurance and liability restrictions it is not available for guest use. Stairs provide access to all levels.

There is also a removable baby gate available to block off the stairs if you have your Littles with you to keep them safe!

We have a DVD player is stored in the living room cabinet along with a selection of DVDs. A TV table is available in the kitchen pantry and can be set up beside the TV for easy use.

Please remember the additional bed is available upon pre-arrival request. We are happy to set out the rollaway twin, King air mattress or twin air mattress allowing for a 5th or 6th guest to join at this beautiful home.

Cancellation Policy Note: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
