The expansive outdoor space features equestrian facilities, a fully fenced dog yard with two dog houses, a seasonal chicken coop, a kids playground with swings, a slide, a John Deere teeter-totter, a Outdoor Hot Tub, a propane Fire Table, a couples' swing, a horseshoe pit, an archery stand, and a seasonal R/C track. The barn loft serves as a 900-sq-ft game room with a pellet stove, couch, TV, air hockey, darts, a foosball table, a massage chair, and a Pac-Man arcade. Direct access to hiking trails into the national forest ensures endless outdoor fun for all ages.

Inside, the home features a modern yet rustic ranch vibe. The upper-level great room boasts hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with glazed log beams, a 55” Smart TV, and a river-rock bordered pellet stove. The beautifully updated gourmet kitchen includes a copper farmhouse sink, copper colander, stainless steel prep station, wine fridge, Brazilian quartzite counters, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen opens onto a balcony with a BBQ grill, while the front balcony offers log chair seating, rocking chairs, infrared heaters, Bluetooth speakers, and a propane fireplace for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

When you’re ready to retreat for the night, the thoughtful additions keep coming. Enjoy a queen master suite with heated floors, a private balcony, and a spa-like atmosphere boasting an extra-large steam shower on an onyx stone floor with eucalyptus aromatherapy and a wooden Japanese soaking tub with 3 shower heads including a rain shower. The spa has exceptional lighting including backlit niches, chromotherapy lights, Bluetooth speakers, and a teak wood seat for steam therapy. Not only are the floors heated for your comfort, there is also a heated towel warmer for comfy towels that can also warm up your pajamas and small cuddly blankets. In the closet is a boot/glove warmer to warm up your boots after hitting the slopes.

The second primary queen suite has a wood-burning fireplace, love sofa, and a Smart TV with a unique big bear vibe with traditional animal decor. It also has a separate entry door that backs up to the national forest. The bathroom features a stone-walled shower that makes you feel like you’re in a cave with a copper bench and backlit copper niche with a waterfall shower made from rocks found on the ranch including an additional rain shower and a Bluetooth Alexa speaker fan. In addition, it boasts a unique wine barrel sink, antique antler lighting, heated flooring, and a bidet toilet.

There is a guest house on the property that has a full-time caretaker who lives on the premises.

A maximum of 2 adults is allowed per bedroom per the City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 12. No Over Occupancy.

*Security Devices: Multiple cameras on the lower and upper decks of the main house that overlook the front yard and empty horse stables.

Maximum Vehicle Occupancy at any given time is 6 per county code.

This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.

A long-term rental home, which is located between the Barn and the main House on the north side of the property is off-limits to guests and has a full-time caretaker/tenant. Please do not block the driveway access to the long-term rental home which is located and accessible behind the barn.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
