Plenty of Hiking options are a short drive as well such as, Bristlecone Trail and Pebble Plain Trailhead.

As you step inside the main living space, you’ll notice the high vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring in plenty of natural lighting and stunning views of the surrounding pines. The open concept design also contributes to the spacious feel this home offers. Enjoy some downtime on the plush sofa as you watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen tv. A gorgeous river rock fireplace provides the perfect place to warm up on chilly winter evenings. Cook up some delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and stunning black tiled countertops. A coffee pot is provided for you so you won’t have to miss out on your morning cup of coffee. Two barstools are provided at the counter top while additional seating for your guests can be found at a wood dining table.

Through the door in the dining room, you’ll find access to the back deck. Step outside to get some fresh air as you relax and listen to the sounds of nature. Enjoy dinner with a view while you fire up the propane grill and barbeque some steaks. Experience the flawless Big Bear weather as you soak your muscles in the hot tub after a long day exploring the Big Bear Mountains. Once the sun goes down, make lasting memories with family and friends as you roast marshmallows over the fire pit under the starry sky.

When you’re all tired out from your fun filled day, head inside where 4 bedrooms wait to provide you with a night full of rest and relaxation. Located on the main floor you’ll find the first bedroom equipped with a king size bed and a mounted tv. The second bedroom on this level includes another king size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, mounted tv and electric fireplace. You’ll also find a private attached bathroom located in this room as well. The last bedroom on the main level provides a queen size bed and futon for extra sleeping space. Head upstairs to the loft where you’ll find Twin over Twin bunk beds and a futon. A pool table can also be found in the loft providing hours of fun for you and your guests.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.


DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs.  Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
