Located in Upper Moonridge with amazing slope and lake views, Moonlight Mountain Retreat lives up to its name.

Entering the multi level home you will be in the kitchen and living area. The kitchen offers modern appliances including a gas range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a standard coffee maker is provided.

The dining area offers seating at the breakfast bar and a large table with seating for ten and two additional side chairs.

Making your way to the family room, enjoy expansive high vaulted ceilings and large floor to ceiling picture windows where you can take in the amazing slope and lake views. There is a Ceramic Gas Log Fireplace, large Flatscreen TV and extra comfy large sectional sofa as well as a few cozy side chairs making plenty of room for the entire group to sit and relax. Step out onto the upper deck and take in the fresh air. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after a long day exploring the Big Bear mountains. There is also propane barbecue grill provided.

Down the hall on the entry level is a powder bath. To the right is the homes Master bedroom, offering a King size bed, ample closet space, upper deck access and a full bath.

Downstairs to the middle level you will find the laundry closet in the hall with a full size washer and dryer available for your use. To the left is the second bedroom offering a Queen bed, ample closet space and a Flatscreen TV and access to the homes game room. There is a full bath in the hall and the third bedroom to the left offering a Cal King bed, Flatscreen TV and closet space. The fourth bedroom offers a Twin over Full bunk and closet space.

On the bottom floor is the homes den area. There is a Ceramic Gas Log Fireplace, Large Flatscreen TV, deck access and a large sectional sofa. Down the hall and completing the floorplan of the home is a full bath and the fifth bedroom offering a Queen bed, deck access, closet space and a Flatscreen TV

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
