A privately zoned master bedroom with modern ensuite and TV, 3 further single bedrooms that are perfect for little ones or teenagers wanting their own space, the 5th bedroom doubles as another living space which sleeps 4; queen and bunk beds plus mattress for a 10th guest and includes a TV; a great chill out zone, large family bathroom with separate WC as well as separate laundry.

A main feature is the stunning living and dining space with huge gourmet kitchen and butler’s pantry that flows out to the alfresco lounging/dining area, lawn, hammock, fire pit and sparkling inground electric heated pool surrounded by lounge seats, umbrella and banana lounges all together providing the ultimate haven for entertaining, plus a large spring free trampoline at the front and spike ball and dart board. An additional living space with large TV that is separate from the main living adding to the areas where you can escape for some quiet time on your well-earned break. Features ducted heating and cooling throughout, ample off-street parking and so much more! The dining tables are on wheels so can be configured separately to seat 6 at each table or as 1 table for 14 using stools from the kitchen.
Within 100 meters there is a large park for the kids to enjoy a game or the play equipment plus a fully fenced off leash dog park.

The pool has a pool fence however the back lawn area is within the pool area – meaning if your children are playing on the back lawn, they will be within the pool section.

Enjoy world class golf courses in easy reach including The Dunes, Eagle Ridge, St Andrew’s Beach etc.
Explore the rock pools at the No 16 beach at low tide or a surf patrolled beach at nearby Gunnamatta for boogie boarding action.
The Rye Pier is famous for its snorkelling and scuba diving, where if you are lucky you will see a Sea Horse.

Guests have access to the whole property including the house, pool and front and rear garden.
