The pool is electrically heated year-round. However, please note that during winter, depending on the weather, temperatures may not exceed 24°C.

Upfront Bond
An upfront bond of $1,000 is required to proceed with a booking. This payment, refundable as long as there is no breach of our Terms and Conditions, property damage, noise complaints, council law violations, excess rubbish, or extra cleaning required after your stay, must be paid no later than one week prior to your arrival.
