This lovely 2 bedroom Forest Gardens villa is a convenient first floor unit in the perfect location. The pool is visible from your porch and the beach path is just across the parking lot. Featuring all of the conveniences of home, come relax and unwind in the heart of South Forest Beach, one of Hilton Head Island's best neighborhoods. With an open layout between dining and the living space, the villa has space for the entire family. The living room and each bedroom have flat screen TV's, and the natural light from the porch radiates into the living space for a bright inviting feel. The master bedroom has a King Bed, which the guest bedroom features a Queen bed. A bathroom with a combination tub/shower is between them.

This villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs left at the villa, so you can be sitting on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation! This unit also includes 2 free Adult Bicycles from South Beach Cycles which are left at the unit.

The community pool is just steps from the front door, and this unit is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Circle Center and Coligny Plaza. With over 100 shops and restaurants, the South Forest Beach area is the place to be for vacation on Hilton Head Island. Good location

This property is close to all the things we wanted to do, making it easy and quick to get around. Having the bikes to get around was very helpful.

Great location. The welcome packet had a lot of helpful information about the area. There were also helpful instructions on using the dishwasher and how to walk to the beach.

Amazing Getaway for Hilton Head!

This was our first time staying in this location and the condo was perfect. Having access to a pool, bikes, and beach chairs took a huge relief on our planning. While the walk is a bit long (especially if you are pulling two kids age 2-4 in a wagon) it is not that far and a nice opportunity to talk people on the way. Beds were nice and comfortable. The condo community is very friendly which is nice for a family vacation.

Great Location

Ideal location if you aren't planning to haul children & supplies to the beach. Husband and I could easily access everything we planned via bikes, beach path & FREE trolley. It offered plenty of room in a secluded setting. Only drawbacks were a very small kitchen area & a mildew smell (despite being clean) that we were able to ignore after purchasing a plug in for the main area. Otherwise, the rental was perfect for us.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every thing was good communication with the office was quick. We had a leak in the garbage disposal and they replaced it in hours my wife loved having bikes she rode every morning The pool was closed the first 2 days for a leak but we hit the beach instead there was a musty smell by the front door and living room area all in all we had a great time thanks for everything

Nice condo, close to beach and activities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, spacious for us as we only had 2 adults and one child. Kitchen was a little small so not much storage space for purchased groceries for our stay, but had all amenities needed and a washer/dryer is a big plus. Easy parking no issues, convenient location in general to other activities on the island. The beach was not far but a little longer walk than anticipated by the discerption and the path is not marked well. Overall it was a nice place, clean, quiet complex and a good choice.
