Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 503 Shorewood is a recently updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse villa offering sweeping oceanfront views in the highly sought-after South Forest Beach area. From the moment you pass through the gated entrance and ride the elevator to the top floor, this villa delivers an elevated coastal experience, with the Atlantic Ocean visible the instant you step inside.

The open-concept living space is designed to highlight the stunning surroundings, featuring cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a bright, comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and Queen sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to enjoy everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked meals. Step out onto the private balcony to savor morning coffee at sunrise or unwind in the evening while listening to the ocean waves roll in.

The primary suite offers the same breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise directly from the King bed. This spacious retreat includes a flat-screen TV and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is tastefully decorated with a Queen bed and flat-screen TV and is conveniently located near the second full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with everything Coligny has to offer, but not right where the public beach access is so not busy where we stayed. We loved the proximity to the shopping, restaurants, playground, museum and sea pines. The view was incredible and the beds and furniture were very comfortable too. We’d love to stay here again when back.

Everything about this property was fantastic - the location and ocean views were amazing, the unit is as pictured and was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved having the bikes and communication from the management company about all gate and door codes was provided well in advance. We had one issue with the guest shower not draining which was resolved within two hours of making them aware of the problem, while we were at the beach. I would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Relaxing Vacation at a great beach location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very clean, well supplied, and well maintained. The new deck furniture back to high top table and chairs was much appreciated and made breakfast on the deck much more enjoyable with easy viewing over the railing. Based on previous comments, the master bedroom mattress was apparently replaced as well and provided comfortable sleep. Shorewood provides a great location for beach walking and access to Coligny square. The Shorewood complex and outdoor amenities are also carefully maintained. We would definitely rent this location again in the future.

Our stay was great. Not far to walk to the beach. Nice pool area and hot tub. The condo is WELL stocked with appliances, pots and pans as well as dishware The restaurants in this are are great.

We had a great trip. This condo was clean, well stocked, with fantastic, peaceful oceanfront views. We spent a lot of time on the balcony or at the beach. Very relaxing and convenient location.

Amazing views!!

Some of the best views on that end of the island. Loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything in the unit was new and clean. 2 missing knobs on lights and a loose toilet are all that keep this from being perfect!

The location wan fantastic, however there were glaring issues of neglect that should have been addressed before renting. Refrigerator went out and the flooring outside the master bath area was extremely bad. Both issues are quite off putting especially when it could have been so much better. I told the maintenance guys that if a similar experience happened in a hotel we would insist on a new suite and not settle for anything in this condition.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the fantastic location of 503 Shorewood, though we’re truly sorry your stay was impacted by the issues you mentioned. When you reported the refrigerator not working, we had a replacement delivered and installed within approximately 20 minutes of your call to minimize any disruption to your stay. Afterward, we also offered to immediately take measurements and purchase a brand-new refrigerator for the villa that same day. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you regarding that offer. Regarding the soft spot in the flooring outside the master bathroom, repairs had already been scheduled to take place immediately following your departure. When you brought it up again a few days later, we offered to move the repair up and complete the flooring work during your stay. At that time, you let us know you preferred for the work to be done after check-out. We always strive to respond quickly and provide solutions when concerns arise, and we regret that despite our efforts, your experience did not meet expectations. We truly value guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our properties and our service.

A very beautiful villa, everything we needed and the views were spectacular! We decided to book it for next year and someone beat us to it by 2 days. The complex was very well maintained, pool so nice, we hated to leave. Will be watching for 2025!

We had a wonderful week! This property has a speculator view. Four bikes included and four beach chairs! Easy beach access! Overall room was nice and clean. Minor complaint on A/C vents appearance …but nothing major! Would recommend to anyone! Would stay here again! ☀️

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.The condo was in a prime location.The unit had all of the necessary items for our visit.The one thing we would recommend is replacing the mattress in the master bedroom.It was very uncomfortable.Beyond that, it was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location! Has everything you need for a stay including the bikes and beach chairs! Only complaint are the beds. Seems time to replace them. One suggestion is to have a step up for short people to use the dryer🙂 Complex is very clean and well cared for.

The perfect getaway!!

Absolutely perfect! Penthouse views, waking up to the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the private deck, watching the dolphins pass by. Easy walk down to the beach. The property was quiet and well maintained. The condo itself was super comfortable..from the couches to the beds. I was able to cook comfortably in the kitchen and it had all I needed. Quick walk to Coligny plaza for shopping and of course, ice cream! We enjoyed the bikes and exploring the island. I will definitely be booking this place again!!! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in!!
