This newly renovated Forest Gardens Villa is a haven of modern coastal style, with no detail spared in its transformation. From the brand-new flooring and furnishings to the completely revamped bathrooms and kitchen, this villa exudes a bright and airy ambiance. The decor is inspired by the beach, featuring beautiful custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.

The villa accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a King bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bath, as well as a Queen bed in the second bedroom with a second full bath in the hallway. New flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room cater to all your multimedia needs. A beach path just steps from the unit leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean, ensuring quick and easy beach access.

For added convenience, the villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs left at the property, allowing you to be on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation. Additionally, 4 free adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles are provided at the unit. The community pool is just steps from the front door, and the villa is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Celebraton Park and Coligny Plaza, where over 100 shops and restaurants await. Perfect Stay, Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely consider staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Rental

This was a very nice place—well maintained, recently remodeled with comfortable beds. The location was also excellent—close to all the places we wanted to go. There are two flights of stairs to get to the front door, so if mobility is an issue that could be a problem, but it didn’t cause us problems at all, and we are in our 70s.A new washer and dryer worked great, and they provided plenty of paper products and things like dish soap and dishwasher detergent. They even provided detergent for one load of laundry. I do wish they’d add a toaster, as the toaster oven doesn’t do as good a job, but that’s a small problem! The coffee maker has a carafe and Keurig. I definitely recommend!

Great stay!

This property had everything we needed, was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available. We appreciated the little touches like the soaps and lotions and cute little bags. Having bikes and beach chairs available for our use was a big savings. When I called for a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day while we were out.

Our fun week get-away!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was just outside our unit. Free bicycles was a plus. We rode every day! One bicycle had a small wagon. We used it to go to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Loved having bikes and chairs for the beach which they came in handy. The condo was in great shape next to the pool with only a 5-10 bike ride to the beach. We would recommend this condo had everything you need except a toaster. No big deal though. From the moment I walked in, it felt cozy and welcoming, with all the little touches that made it feel special. The kitchen was very nice and included many outlets on the island that I used for my work from home setup. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the pool is so close you can see it through the sliding glass door. This was the perfect getaway and I will definitely book again when I want to escape Ohio winters!

The place was nice & for the amount of time we stayed it worked. We appreciated a newer washer and dryer and the place was very clean which was much appreciated. However, if you enjoy cooking and grilling out, this will be a challenge for you and your family. It had the barebones in the kitchen and the couple pans they had were scratched deep down into the pan; plan on bringing any kitchen supplies, including your own pepper and salt. Additionally, our family loves to bike the island and leave the car parked for the week. This is possible and appreciated the 4 bikes and beach chairs, however, do not expect the clientele around the area to watch out and yield to bikers like they do back in Sea Pines. Finally, it’s advertised the beach is a 3 min bike ride, however, it was more like 10; which is fine, but misleading if you had little kids with you.

Good but not great

Our stay was good. Best part about the place was its location. About a 10-15 walk to the beach or 3-4 minute drive and close to surrounding restaurants, etc. Kitchen was clean and is stocked ok. The sofa was really run down and quite dirty when we arrived. Bedrooms/bathrooms were ok. Would recommend you bring your own pillows and shampoo/soap. Pillows were super flat and not supportive. We did not use the free bikes as they didn't look like they were in great shape or that they had even been used in months. Same with the beach chairs.The condos where this place is at is quite run down in general. Check-in was nice and never really had to reach out to PM for any issues or help but was just a text away.Was a good option for the price we paid but not sure I would choose to stay here again.
