Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offers the perfect home away from home in the heart of Hilton Head Island. Recently acquired and thoughtfully prepared for guests, this spacious two-story retreat is ideally situated as one of the closest Ocean Breeze condos to the beach—just a short 10-minute walk to the sandy shores. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, you’ll love the unbeatable combination of comfort, location, and coastal charm.

Inside, the villa is designed with both privacy and convenience in mind. The main level features a comfortable King bedroom with its own private full bathroom, perfect for easy access and relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find a second King suite with a private full bath, along with a third bedroom offering two XL Twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom—making this layout ideal for families or groups traveling together. The home is fully equipped with WiFi, cable TV, and all linens and towels, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay.

Step outside and enjoy all that Ocean Breeze has to offer, including three onsite pools and complimentary tennis courts, with one pool located just steps from your back porch. Guests also enjoy access to 4 adult beach cruiser bicycles and beach chairs, making it easy to explore the island or spend the day by the ocean. Located just half a mile from Coligny Plaza, you’ll be within walking or biking distance of some of Hilton Head’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment. South Forest Beach is only a 6–7 minute walk away and features convenient beach access, changing facilities, and fun water features for kids, all connected by the island’s scenic bike paths.

For those traveling with furry companions, up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please note that the onsite pools are open seasonally from April through October and are not heated. With its prime location, spacious layout, and fantastic amenities, this Ocean Breeze villa is the perfect setting for your next Hilton Head getaway.

By far the best stay to date!The house was super clean upon our arrival. Looks like all the bathrooms have just been remodeled. The house is conveniently located within 10 minutes walk to the beach and within a very reasonable distance to stores and shops.

Dad’s Birthday Weekend

Close to great restaurants. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Well appointed kitchen. Close to pool. 4 beach chairs & 4 bikes. Beach wagon included.

Perfect home away from home

This place was modern and clean and furnished with all the amenities necessary for a home away from home experience. It was conveniently located to the beach and the bikes made for a fun experience for our teenage boys. Pet friendliness was a bonus!!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Best part was having the pool right off the back deck. The walk to the beach was a little bit longer than expected but not a big deal at all. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome

I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. We evacuated Aiken after the hurricane to come here for a few days. It was spotlessly clean and we were so grateful for the amenities. The unit is steps away from the pool which was fantastic. It was very quiet too.

Everything was clean, comfortable and the tv’s and internet worked perfectly. The complex is very quiet and a short bike ride/walk to the beach. The pool is literally out the back door. We will definitely be back!

Great place with lots of extras!

Great place with a lot of room. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, games, and anything you'd need to cook. We only ate out 2x in a week. Pool is in your backyard. Bring an electric grill/griddle because no grills allowed.

Great place to stay!

We loved the property and how spacious it was! We had 3 kids and 2 dogs with us, and we had plenty of room. Pool was right out the back door which was very convenient. Parking was convenient, too. The biggest worry I had was how long it would take to walk to the beach. I could see where some people could make it to the beach in a 6-7 min (very brisk) walk, but with kids and dogs it was more like a 12 minute walk. But the walk is pretty shaded, so not bad at all. Overall, I was very happy with this property and would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first word when opening the door was, "Wow!" The unit was spacious and clean and the kitchen was very well equiped with everything we needed! We took advantage of the discount with the bike rental company and added beach wagons that could be pulled with our bikes...highly recommend doing this! Only suggestions for the unit would be a full length mirror somewhere and blackout curtains. Pool and parking lot lights outside shine all night into bedrooms even with blinds closed. Storage in the kitchen was great with a pantry and the icemaker stayed ahead of our usage!

5 stars for our needs

My 5 person family needed a place to get away near the beach that fit us comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised with how close this unit was to both the beach (7 minute bike ride and 12 minute walk) and to the pool which was visible from our deck. The four courtesy bicycles came in handy and renting an additional bike for our 11 year old was easy using the same business that provided the original four bikes. We cooked in the residence but with our past rental experiences, we came prepared with all of the things that we needed to cook. Like I expressed in the title, this rental was exactly what my family needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and spacious. Beds were great. Post and reviews indicated beach was 6-7 minute walk. This is not accurate. More like 12-15 minutes for toes in sand. A few minor issues - kitchen sink could not always get hot water; bikes need maintenance - one has no brakes, 3 of 4 you could not adjust seats; glass sliders need to be greased very hard to open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was lovely. Decorated nicely, appliances were in good working order, plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. and place was very clean. They supplied two towels, one hand towel and one washcloth per person. There were also 4 beach chairs, a wagon, a soft-sided cooler and 4 bikes which was great. There was a paved path to the beach (toward back of complex) that was only a 6-7min walk.The only thing I might suggest for the front downstairs bathroom is a shelf or two for some added storage (they did have several hooks in bathroom as well as in the front room to try and help). Also, if you’re someone that likes to hang everything, you might want to pack some extra hangers. But the place was wonderful and a good price point for sure.
