Within the community of Mammoth Estates, this unit is closest to Canyon Blvd which provides a very short walk down to the Village where you can jump on the Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge, and also enjoy coffee, shops, restaurants, events & festivals and more! This remodeled, mountain, modern home offers a spacious floorplan across 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space for the family to spread out! On the upper level is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counters is fully stocked so you can prepare family meals. The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living room features a cozy wood-burning stove with custom tile hearth, a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable and comfortable seating (with a pull out couch offering additional sleeping accommodations). A private, upper deck offers some outdoor space. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the primary suite features a King bed, large flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a loft Twin bed on top, plus an additional twin trundle pull out, large flatscreen TV and access to a shared bathroom in the hall with a tub-shower combo. Mammoth Estates offers a community year-round hot tub, outdoor Pool (Summer only), Sauna, recreation room with ping pong and a pool table, paid laundry facilities on-site, and public BBQ grill (Summer only). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and has approx 3 steps to enter, there are two levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes for the outdoor parking area. Overall had a great time, located by everything we needed. Some live shows at the villages we werenât planning on going to but turned out to be pretty awesome. Make sure to read the instructions from property management all the way through.

Great hub for our July 4th family getaway with all the amenities! Loved the ceiling fan during temps in the 80's, TV with all the channels for Olympic trials and open living space for games and meals.

Good location, close enough to the village but none of the traffic noise. Unit was spacious and the layout was good. The cleanliness of the unit could have been much better. You are charged a cleaning fee but not sure what it covers aa you are expected to do most of the cleaning when you leave. The kids beds were full of dog hair and the upper bunk has not been touched in a while since it was full of dust and dog hair. There was a yellow piece of gum stuck to the bed frame and the sheets on the upper bunk were dirty. This is a pet friendly unit so expect some evidence of prior pets staying here.

Positively warm, beautiful weather for one week, however Mammoth Estates HOA decided to close the pool as of Labor Day, apparently a new cost-saving measure. Too bad. Have come here for years in the fall and this is a first. Reservation central had no way to reach the property manager, but we did. 225 pet friendly definitely, however no instructions on how to use the main TV upstairs, no cable stations only CBS (terrible). Ceiling fan not working upstairs. Loved the Breville toaster oven. Loved lots of hooks in hall. Wish there was a throw rug on master bathroom floor; very few towel bars there. King bed there needs new mattress (major dips each side).
