Club Wyndham Patriots' Place is a quiet resort community surrounded by the lush landscape and historic spirit of Williamsburg. Guests will discover all the convenient vacation amenities and recreation activities that ensure your travels are unforgettable and stress-free. Stay fit while enjoying recreational sports like swimming, and basketball. This resort offers studio, one-bedroom standard and one-bedroom deluxe resort suites that comfortably sleep two to four guests and range from 380 to 870 square feet. Studio suite features one queen bed and a kitchenette. One-bedroom suites feature private bedrooms with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate the economy of a kitchenette or full kitchen, separate living/dining areas, and a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly nights in some resort suites.

Not as expected

The room was clean but we were not informed that it was an adjoining room. We could hear every conversation and every footstep from the people in the adjoining room. There was no water pressure in the shower. The air filter was filthy. The TV in the living area didn’t work. BEWARE: you will be expected to participate in a 90min sales pitch for the property. It turned into 4 hours.

Whenever I'm visiting Williamsburg this place is comfortable to stay, from the welcoming staff to the cleanliness of the unit and the accessibility to attractions around town it's peaceful enough to get work done

Perfect for a Visit to Colonial Williamsburg

Check in was super easy; Consequently, during a wine tasting so I got free wine, as they checked us in. Location was absolutely perfect! Our room was super clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy. Based on previous reviews posted for this listing, i'd say that it is completely UNDER-rated. It was so convenient for exploring the area. We'll be back, for sure. n Wliterally could

Choose Kingsgate everytime over patriots place

Room was not what we expected. Carpets felt dirty, bed was right next to the door (no bedroom). Kitchen wasn't great. Mini fridge instead of a fullsize fridge. Neighbors were SO loud past quiet time. Check in process was a massive annoyance getting asked 8 times to join a timeshare presentation. We drove 10 hours and said we are tired and not interested and our concierge kept pressing us. He also only activated one wristband for unlock our door because he was so focused on selling us. Please take note, STOP doing that to customers. Ask once or twice, not 8 times

Facilities and room were excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star overall was because the door to the adjoining room is pretty thin and if you have loud neighbors, it is like they are in the room with you. Unfortunately, that happened to us. That said, I would definitely stay again. Great value, but would recommend ear plus to guard against loud voices.

Nice but everything was spaced far apart

I'm sure the pool and hot tub would have been nice but everything was far away and there were kids and teens everywhere. Running across the road and speeding along on e-bikes. Other than that the property was clean and well manicured. The connecting door to other units in the bedroom was not ideal and we could hear everyone's conversation during our stay. Needs some updating but it was pretty.

Great location, basic but meets needs. Great beds. Downside- wall paper thin heading d neighbor coughing all night and talking. Kid upstairs running around at midnight and 3 am. Note stay on second floor.

Great Accommodations

We were impressed with the amenities for the price. The kitchen was fully stocked, including dishwasher detergent and dish soap. The bathroom was also fully stocked and laundry detergent was included. The room was clean but needed updated - the carpet was worn in spots and the couch cushions were broken down. The pool and surrounding areas were clean and there was an ample supply of pool towels available. The room was quiet. The advertisement led me to believe there were grills available, but I only saw 2 in the entire property, which was vast. I also thought there was a washer and dryer in each room, but there was one washer and dryer to serve the whole building (8 -12 rooms total). Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our stay!

We did the historic triangle and so happy with our rental! The only thing I would suggest is to have a strainer for the sink drain :) and genius how the dishwasher was under the sink!

Work-cation

I had a wonderful stay. Upgrade made it even better! It wasn’t totally clean. I could tell the ppl before me had kids, red and blue juice stains all over the kitchen. Candy paper and gum on the table in the front room. No pots or skillets. I just did a total clean up, but I paid for some cleaning service in my fees and I confused as to what I paid for.
