Mon logement est un appartement victorien avec de hauts plafonds et des planchers en bois, il dispose d’un feu à gaz d’époque, positionné à proximité de Little Venice avec des commodités (Tesco, cafés, épicerie bio, boucher, cavistes, bureau de poste, nettoyeur à sec tous à 1 minute à pied). Le quartier regorge de pubs et de cafés / restaurants fantastiques et se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de Regents Park. Vous êtes proche du West End mais situé dans un charmant quartier résidentiel de Londres et à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Warwick Avenue sur la ligne Bakerloo (1 arrêt à Paddington - 15 minutes à Oxford Circus). L'appartement dispose de 2 petits balcons et est au troisième étage. Il dispose de 2 lits king size avec l'option d'utiliser le canapé-lit ou un lit simple gigogne. Il s'agit d'un appartement lumineux avec de grandes fenêtres qui bénéficient du soleil le matin et l'après-midi.

Lloyd is a responsible host, easy communicated and always willing to help! We had a lovely holiday in there! Good location with tesco shops and some nice breakfast places.Bus station and underground station also nearby.

Spacious and elegant flat, beautiful neighborhood, super convenient location

What an amazing find! We felt at home right away in this lovely, spacious flat in a classic early 20th century mansion building. The neighborhood is super convenient for exploring London and has many amenities close by. The host was very friendly and accommodating, especially since we arrived on a bank holiday. Everything exceeded our expectations, and allowed us to experience living in London instead of just visiting.

Really perfect

Ok so this flat needs a deep clean and a coat of paint. If you can get past that this very large, very well located gem is an all around winner. I have stayed at 50 VRBO's and this is easily my top 5. The rooms are huge and you get sun even when there's no sun. The tube is a short walk and the block and area are charming and regal. I hope to go for a longer stay in the future.

BE AWARE

Rented this 3rd fl flat for a month. It was advertised with elevator. It was broken. Owner said it was temporary. It was never fixed and residents say it’s about always out of service. About 100 steps up narrow winding staircase. I have neuropathy and would never have rented without elevator service. The owner was extremely rude telling me it would “get me in shape” among other cheeky comments. I suffered. False advertising. The flat is very old so doesn’t look clean but it is surprisingly so. Beds fine. Bathroom difficult. Linens are worn. The couch is uncomfortable as there’s no seat support. Living room furniture overall should be replaced. Nice location. Bottom line look elsewhere.

Absolutely great place, location, owner & manager

You can't go wrong on this place! I highly recommend it. We rented this 2 bed flat for just over 6 weeks and we just thoroughly loved it and our time there. The flat is a very large clean Victorian apartment with 2 large bedrooms each containing a king/queen bed, a large living room/dining room with a gas fireplace, a modern kitchen with all the amenities and a nice bathroom. Although we did not use them there is a rollaway cot, and the sofa in the living room contains a sofa bed if you have extra guests. The flat contains everything you could need while away from home & I'll just mention a few...iron & board, hairdryer, nespresso coffee maker, french press, dishes & pans, dishwasher with supplies, washer/dryer combo with supplies, vacuum (if so inclined). You just need to pack your bags and arrive. The location in Maida Vale is really superb. You are just blocks from Lords Cricket Grounds, Regents Park, Abbey Road Studios, little Venice with its canals, Warwick underground, and Kensington Paddington station. You can also walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace (30-40 minutes) or take the tube if so inclined. There is a Tesco supermarket, butcher, restaurant, ready cook shop, hairstylist shops, coffee shops, pubs and more just around the corner from the flat. There are lots of other nice restaurants and pubs within a walking distance (just blocks) of this flat. The owner (Lloyd), the manager (Niamh), and cleaning staff were down to earth, helpful, and just super pleasant & easy to deal with. They respond promptly to any questions. Thanks Lloyd and Niamh!

Awesome location for access to shops and food places, easy access to transport options to get around, and I cannot thank Lloyd enough for graciously allowing us to stay here. He was a fantastic host. I would recommend this property to others and gladly stay there again.

Lovely flat in Little Venice - large enough for 2 parents + 3 adult children

We traveled from Boston to London to celebrate a birthday milestone for my husband. We have 3 (tall) grown children (ages 19, 20, 25). Lloyd's flat was clean, lovely and very comfortable for our family, and conveniently located (bus across the street, Tube short walk, shops around the corner, short walk to Little Venice canal). It was in a safe and beautiful neighborhood a few blocks from Abbey Rd Studios, so the kids felt comfortable wandering off on their own when they wanted to. Note that it's not air conditioned, though there were fans, since some of our vacation overlapped with the summer heat wave. Lloyd was very responsive when we had questions, met us at the flat after a redeye flight, and even mailed some forgotten airpods after the visit! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we returned as a family!

Lloyd’s Maida Vale flat

We love this neighborhood and have stayed in it 10 times over the last few years. We typically stay for three months when we visit and were there from January to April in 2022. Lloyd’s flat has the best location of all the places we have stayed. It is quiet, clean, updated and very comfortable. The building is a very well-maintained Victorian building. It has a small but very serviceable lift (some places in the neighborhood do not have this) which is a great advantage. There are large number of wonderful restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance. We will certainly try to stay there again when we are next in London.

Amazing location and great amenities!

Lloyd’s apartment is the perfect place if you want a peaceful yet well located spot in London. The flat is tastefully decorated with everything you need. Our parents and sister - brother in law stayed here during their visit for our wedding - they had the most comfortable and memorable stay here - well located with buses and all amenities like cafes, a Tesco Express on the doorstep. We would highly recommend Lloyd’s lovely flat and we are sure to rent again when we need it for family visits. :)

Charming apartment in a lovely neighborhood

The apartment and experience exceeded our expectations! The spacious & charming apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood that includes many desirable businesses (see listing photos for examples) within a couple blocks including restaurants, small grocery, coffee shop, pharmacies, wine shop and more. Additionally, day trips are a breeze with the easy access to public transit via two train stations and multiple bus routes in close proximity. Lloyd's property description and photos are accurate as well as the listing of amenities. We were welcomed by an employee who was warm and informative, and throughout our stay Lloyd checked in to see if we needed anything. Our family was quite comfortable even on hot days, given the number of windows and balconies available. We would love to stay here again on future visits!

Great Flat and Location

Wonderful place to stay in London. Location is amazing. Just around the corner is a little high street with great shops including one that has frozen ready to heat up meals. Close to tube stops and bus stops to make your touring of the city very convienient. Flat is maticulosly clean, neighborhood is quite and it provides a great oasis to end each day. I would highly recommend staying here as you can do and have it all.

Perfect flat in a perfect location

The property is owesome. I lived in London for 2 years and I may assert without hesitation that a flat of such dimensions and features is extremely hard to find. Plus, it is very well appointed and host comunication and check in and out were very smooth. Al in all, brilliant flat, perfect host. Definitely, booking again my next time in London.

Convenience and affordability in London

The property was older but comfortable. We were only given a partial roll of toilet paper for a family of 4, but other than that, our needs were met. Be advised that this is located on the 4th floor with no recommended elevator access. The neighborhood was fantastic, and Lloyd's responses were prompt.

Great location for visiting family in the area.

Very spacious place with comfortable low platform beds. Small but adequate bathroom with nice big tub with shower. Quiet building, especially the back bedroom and overall general location. Nearby shopping street with Tesco, pharmacy, dry cleaners, several restaurants, bakery and deli. Baker and Spice is a favorite for breakfast.

Great location and very charming

We loved the location. It's away from the busy touristy areas in a nice neighborhood. Close to 2 tube stations which we used every day. We spent the days visiting tourist spots and then it was nice at night to be outside of that in a nice quaint neighborhood. Pubs, restaurants, and Tesco Express are all close. We were worried about visiting London in winter but it was nice and warm in the flat. There were space heaters there but we did not need them. We would stay here again.

Excelente lugar para unas vacaciones en Londres

El departamento es tal cual lo describen las fotos: amplio, muy bien conservado y con todas las comodidades detalladas. Fuimos muy bien recibidos, a la hora acordada y nos dieron una excelente explicacion de todos los detalles del departamento. La ubicacion es muy buena, con supermercado y restaurant muy cerca. La parada del metro a cinco minutos caminando. Globalmente muy satisfecho con el departamento y la atencion recibida. Espero repetir!

Perfect welcome and everything as expected.

The flat is very nice, in a super location and the owner is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has restaurants, quaint pubs and basic shopping within a short walk. Safe surroundings. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a quick, inexpensive Uber lift to the London theater district, shopping, and China Town. Speaking as a spoiled American, the furnishings are modest but workable. Will stay again.
