All of the air-conditioned rooms having a private bathroom, living room, flat-screen TV and fully-equipped kitchen. The building is a beautiful example of 19th century architecture with a carved stone facade and balconies and boasts a concierge service and intercom security. This apartment is Located on the 3rd floor and is equipped with an elevator, the apartment is styled in a classic Parisian manner with beautiful herringbone pattern parquet flooring.

This apartment is comfortably furnished and it sleeps 9 people, with a queen bed in the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third with two bunk style beds. The dining room offers a comfortable seating area with 2 sofas, one of which is also a double sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with A/C, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, cable TV and unlimited high speed Internet access with phone. All bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a hair dryer and kitchen utensils are provided.

July Stay in Paris

We were a group of 3 adults and 3 teems staying in the apartment for a week. The location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the property management team was great. The apartment was spacious. We had 3 problems with the property. 1. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning. Two rooms, the living room and dining room had air conditioning. The rest of the apartment did not have air conditioning. Had I known the bedrooms would not have air conditioning, I would not have booked this apartment in July. We had fans and the could leave the windows open, but if you are sensitive to heat staying in this apartment in the summer is not ideal. 2. The dryer was broken. The management knew about the problem prior to our arrival but did not let us know. We planned on doing laundry while there but could only do one load because we had to air dry everything and clothes came out of the wash clean but soaked (no final spin cycle, we had to wring out the clothes before hanging them). 3. The TV did not work due to an internet connection problem. We were

Good stay except for bathroom

Four family members (4 gals) rented this apartment in May for a sightseeing tour. This apartment was rented as a 3-bedroom ,3 bath flat. It also included a washer/dryer. As you can see in the pics it is very nice. The bedrooms were nice, the living room was comfortable and the dining and sitting room was very nice. The area where it is located was very nice. Right across the street was the metro, the bakery/restaurant downstairs was great. A short walk takes you to the Champs Elysee. Lots of shopping and close to the Arc De Triomphe. The only real issue we had was the smell coming from one of the bathrooms (Sink and shower). It was horrible. We called and Janice our apartment helper tried to put stuff down the drains but 2 hours later it was smelling rank. We closed up that bathroom, the closet where the hot water heater was and a small closet with a toilette. We put towels on the bottom of the doors so smell would not leak out. We would open the windows when we would get home for a few minutes after sightseeing to get out residual smell. It was ok but really you only have 2 bathrooms, one with a toilette, tub/ (could not get the shower to work), and one with a toilette and shower. They said after we left, they are going to fix the problem So I would just make sure that happens or only pay for a 2 bathroom price. The property manager did reimburse us a small amount for our inconvenience. No dryer as well but they had clothing racks to hang clothes on.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is large and grand in a great neighborhood with bakery, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Our group of 5 loved staying here. The only downfall is the Wi-Fi did not work well and because of construction and early bakery deliveries, the mornings were noisy if you had the windows open. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

This apartment was in a great location, but we were disappointed with the smaller details. The wifi didn’t work in all the rooms and if we were watching Netflix is was slow to use our phones. The apartment wasn’t cleaned adequately. The floors, switches, remotes and benches were quite grotty and needed a deep clean. The dishes and cutlery weren’t clean. They had been put away without being cleaned. The mugs had coffee inside still, and had been put back in the cupboard upside down. And the cutlery still had food and lipstick on them. We couldn’t use the showers for the first day because the hot water service hadn’t been turned on before we arrived. We also couldn’t use one the bathrooms for our whole stay because the pipes had a horrible smell and when we opened the bathroom door for even a moment, the whole apartment smelt. The towels were old and discolored and the sheets and beds were disappointing. The location was great. Easy access to the metro and a wonderful bakery at the corner.

Best Stay in Paris. Great apartment centrally located.

The apartment was booked last minute due to travel issues and cancellations. Our host was very helpful. The apartment was great for our family and the location was very central, beautiful, and has a bakery right downstairs (same building) pharmacy and grocery around the corner. Metro stop across the street. Overall great experience and love to stay again in this beautiful apartment.
