Located in the 5th arrondissement, i.e. center of the Parisian left bank. This luxury loft offers exceptional space and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This former chocolate factory is converted into a loft from the entrance and hidden on the ground floor of a peaceful, paved green courtyard. The open and fully ventilated living area present, has well-differentiated spaces, with a lounge seating area, a mezzanine dining room directly under the glass roof, and a kitchen equipped with a sublime cooking piano from La Cornue.
The two corridors lead to the rooms from the main room. Through the corridor on the right, there is a lovely master bedroom with its en-suite shower. The library corner, in "bottle green" tones, shares an interior window with the kitchen. The left corridor leads to the other three bedrooms and the shower room. Lastly, a wooden staircase leads down to a library corner offering an extra bed which is ideal for visiting friends, and a laundry room.
The bedding & washrooms in this loft are composed of:
1 master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and its en-suite shower room; 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200); 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 200); 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200); 1 reading space with double bed (140 x 200); 1 independent bathroom with toilet; 1 separate toilet.
Beautiful loft with great living spaces and in top Paris neighbourhood. For the price charged, the quality of the kitchen tools and the general wear and tear were disappointing (MB shower head is about to fall, hardly any toilet paper in the toilets, main dining table is wonky, the kitchen light bulbs were not all working, no toaster in the kitchen, the fridge in the basement is the real one to be used as a family and this is not so efficient). The TV seating room does not seat 8 people comfortably. Floorboards are lifting in places. So a great appearance on photos but once in, too many flaws.
