This house was a great place to stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities that you needed. It was in a great location and very easy to get to downtown Estes Park and various restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Booked this property for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park with the family and had a wonderful stay. House was extremely clean, stocked and ready for enjoyment. Highly recommend for families!

Fun for Christmas

We came to Estes Park for Christmas this year for a change of scenery. It was a very nice house to enjoy the holiday. My daughter was so excited there was some toys to play with before her presents and helped the wait be a bit more bearable lol. Overall a very wonderful experience.

Great Home!

This was a great home for our family of 4! The layout of the home is perfect for kids to have their "own space" and parents to have their much needed own space too! Location is perfect for all activities in and around Estes Park. Recommend this house!

This property is a short walk to Lake Estes and short drive to RMNP entrance. The property is clean and felt spacious for our group of 6.

The house was so clean and made to feel like you were at home. The personal touches made it feel so cozy. We loved our stay here and would love to come back again sometime.

Perfect for families!

The home was exceptionally well-equipped and clean. We had no issues during our stay, and it was evident that the hosts were committed to making the stay seamless.The layout of the home was perfect for our mixed-generation family to enjoy. Everyone had private space to unwind, and there were plenty of places to gather together. There were board games, books, and outdoor toys and games for hanging out at the house, and the hot tub was a favorite place to relax in the evening.The views from the backyard were amazing, and could be enjoyed from multiple decks. We saw elk grazing each morning and at dusk. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook or grill at the house, and the grocery store was a quick drive or walk from the house. There were laundry supplies, and ample toiletries, including sunscreen and bug spray.We enjoyed that it was close to everything and yet tucked away in a very quiet and private location. Our family would highly recommend a stay at the property, and we are hopeful to return soon!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This is the place you're searching for! Newly updated, walk to town, and a great house with beautiful views. These experienced owners know just what is expected and they deliver. Our recent stay was perfect. It was so comfortable it felt like our home away from home and can't wait to go back.

Can’t wait to come back!

This property was excellent. It was extremely clean, stocked with all the essentials, had amazing views, and more! We enjoyed watching the elk on the golf course every morning with our coffee and the hot tub in the evenings after a long day of hiking. Couldn’t have asked for a better property and hospitality at the Bugling Bull!

Great location

We really enjoyed the home. It was within walking distance to downtown and very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large 12 point elk that joined us at night. He came right into the yard and stayed for 2 hours. Very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent!

This home was the perfect place in Estes Park. It was so close to the shops and restaurants in town and great access to RMNP. It was super comfortable and spacious, with lots of room for our family to spread out and then space to hang out together. We loved the back view of the golf course and watching elk come through. The hot tub was a plus with the unusually cool weather, and we also loved all the hosts’ special touches. Stay here! You’ll love it.

Wonderful!

Was able to get away with the family and enjoy Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park for a few days. This property is in great location with an easy enjoyable walk to downtown Estes, close to Safeway grocery store ,9 hole golf course and Estes Lake through the backyard and a 5 minute drive to RMNP. The house was fully accommodating for our family of four. The house was immaculately clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comforting after long hikes in RMNP. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Estes Park!

A great spot for an Estes Park stay

A charming and very comfortable 3 bedroom home overlooking Lake Estes, the river and golf course. A spacious split level with extremely comfortable beds and bedding! Well appointed. The location is very close and convenient to shops, restaurants, The Stanley and the national park. A great walking path around the lake is right behind the house as well. Had the absolute best view of the 4th of July fireworks display right from the back deck. An amazing bonus we weren’t necessarily expecting. A great fireworks display by the city. Would absolutely recommend to others, and hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Home

We had a weekend get away in this beautiful home. It was suppose to be a couples weekend but our friends became ill so it was just my husband and myself. Very clean and loved the decor. The only down side is it has a shared driveway that doesn't get much sun and was solid ice. We almost slid into the neighbors yard. Everything else was fantastic and it is very close to town which was great. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again!

A True Snowy Paradise

First off, this property has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and curated beautifully. The ease of check in was perfect and the location is second to none. It is quite honestly in the middle of everything, yet still quiet and without light pollution. If you like to disc golf, the course is directly in the backyard! All of the property's personal touches were such a joy too. There were snacks, extra fluffy blankets to cozy up in on the cold nights, board games and puzzles for the downtime, and an easy to use hot tub that was a highlight of our relaxation. Seriously, we wanted for nothing. If we needed something, this place had it! Thank you again for a most wonderful stay, and we cannot wait to return!

Stunning home in a perfect location

If you are thinking about a vacation in Colorado this is the place to stay. Short walk to downtown Estes Park and a quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. This home is gorgeous. Fully stocked with quality linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and even came down to say hello and brought us fancy donuts! This property is right on the 9- hole golf course and a quick walk to lake Estes. There were 2 bikes in the garage for us to use and it was a wonderful bike ride around Lake Estes. There were board games and outside games to entertain my kids and even a Wii downstairs to entertain them at night. We did not want to leave. We will definitely stay here again if we ever travel back to Colorado.

As good as it gets!

This house and the hosts are the diamond in the rough. Perfect location, very nice house, and snacks in the kitchen. The garage had bicycles, a stroller, snow sleds, and more. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Great place to stay!

The house was very comfortable and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures. My family really enjoyed staying here! The location is great - less than a mile to downtown Estes. We easily walked downtown for dinner without having to worry about finding a place to park. The only minor negative was that I had an Amazon delivery scheduled (we forgot my daughter's sound machine), and the package was delivered to the locked mailbox on the street. The contact was out of town and unable to help us. Not a huge deal, but if something had needed attention other than our delivery, we would have been out of luck.

Best VRBO I've Ever Stayed At!

I booked this VRBO for a family vacation with my husband's parents and his brother. We take an annual family trip to Estes and have booked several VRBOs and cabins in the area. Everyone in the family agreed that this house was the best one we have ever stayed at. First of all, the house was immaculately clean. Most VRBOs I have been at we spend the first 30 minutes wiping down surfaces and pre-wash dishes before using them, but that was not necessary at this home. It felt like someone's personal home, not a rental house. It also was a great location! Very close to downtown and Lake Estes. We also loved that the house was stocked with so many useful things! We forgot to bring our small cooler for our day trip out on the lake and we found one in the garage. We messaged with the owner Kathie a couple of times during our stay and she was very friendly and responsive. Everyone in the family agreed that we will book this house for next year's family vacation!
