Ce spectateur dispose de 4 chambres et 2 ½ salles de bains - il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 9 personnes avec beaucoup de place pour tous. L'enveloppement étonnant autour du pont est parfait pour se divertir ou simplement se détendre et regarder la nature abondante dans la région. Il y a deux cheminées de gaz à l'intérieur - dans la région suite parentale et salle de - ainsi que d'un foyer à gaz sur le pont. Tous les appareils sont là pour votre usage et la mise en page pour cet endroit est un rêve.

Great Place

Place was nice and peaceful, great place to come back to after a day out in Estes. Management was helpful and very accommodating. Only problems we seen was all the little black spiders and cobwebs.

Hard to find nice places to stay in Estes Park; This place is no exception.

My wife wanted to hike Rocky Mountain National Park, so we looked for nice places to stay. There are not a lot of options. The Stanley hotel is historic but very old and does not have air conditioning in case it happened to be a hot day. We settled on this place as the pictures looked nice enough, but it was a let down. A lot of bait and switch. Essentially selling the hot tub feature, but when we got there, the water levels were low about 12" below the highest jet, and the temperature was only at 100 with a warning not to increase the temperature. Come on guys. The house is very dark and things are run down. The door to the master bathroom's hinge is loose, so the door must be lifted up to close. Lots of threatening messages saying you will be responsible if you break something - makes you feel right at home. They make you pay for an insurance policy to book which is a bit ridiculous. I got a love note from the owner saying since I was only staying 2 nights that I could not use the BBQ. Thanks. Low water pressure except the master shower for some reason. Dishwasher can't open all of the way because it hits the oven handle. No blackout shades in the master, so although the house is dark, at 5:30am, it's not in the master bedroom preventing you from sleeping in. The beds were harder than we're used to. Overall, we enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park, but did not enjoy our accomodations.

Great house in Estes Park

Visiting Estes Park for family vacation. The house was very nicely equipped to make meals in and conveniently located. Hot tub and bean bag game in garage added bonus to the stay. We loved it. Highly recommend.

Great Mountain Getaway!

This property was a wonderful place to stay! Was very clean, check in and out was easy. Location to town and park is very convenient. The wrap araound porch had plentiful room for outdoor enjoyment. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large family. Hope to stay here again some time.

Estes Park Summer Vacation

Beautiful home, HUGE hot tub, everything we needed and more. Great kitchen, loved the belgium waffle maker! Enjoyed seeing Elk in the yard. Loved the view of the lake and mountains from the house and enjoyed using the wrap around deck. The gas grill and fire pit both worked well. Close to all the activities we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Hiking with friends

This property sits on the east end of Estes Park but was very close to the downtown area and extremely conveniet for a quick trip to the local shops. There was a shuttle stop well within a block if we needed. Spacious, clean. Elk were in the lawn every morning and woukd come very close to the deck while we enjoyed our coffee. We did discover that the oven was on the fritz but the host was able to quickly make amenable accomodations and was very responsive. We did several long hikes in RMNP and very much appreciated the hut tob on thise nights.

Wow!!!! Such a beautiful spacious home to relax and enjoy the views. We were blessed to see a heard of elk right in the front yard. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay this home is for you!

Great House in a Fantastic Location

We enjoyed the nights and mornings on the beautiful deck. Our family took advantage daily of the hottub. The bean bag boards were a plus! Great views in all directions. (Although the trees could use some trimming or removal to enhance the views.) We were lucky enough to have a great view of the 4th of July Fireworks from the property. Communication from owner couldn't have been better!

Raving about Raven Avenue in Estes Park Colorado

5 friends of 30+ years wanted to destress and relax for a long weekend. We were able to relax, socialize, golf, shop, ride the tram and use a pontoon on Lake Estes. What a fantastic weekend! Our VRBO house was so comfy, clean, beautiful and perfect! We were so busy, we never used the hot tub! Maybe next time!

Great Place, Very Clean!

Awesome place to stay! Plenty of room for our family of four with room to spare. Hot tub was great and was inside the garage, which you can open for cool air if wanted which was very nice. The house was very clean as well and very close to the lake if you like to fish or walk the trails. Three minutes to downtown, perfect spot to stay!

Wonderful, relaxing stay

This place is great for a family visit with plenty of space, the hot tub is a wonderful treat. Very cute home. There's a beautiful tree out back on the deck that has gorgeous pink flowers. The owner is easily reachable, check in went smoothly, everything was great!

Awesome weekend in Estes

Friends and I stayed here while we attended a wedding and we were thrilled with these accommodations. Simeon was an excellent host and had great communication. The house is at a great location, just minutes from amazing restaurants and attractions. Our favorite part was opening the garage door and getting some fresh air while hanging out in the hot tub. Book this place NOW. You won't regret it!

Perfect vacation house for RMNP

We had 6 adults stay at the house for a week and we had a great time. The house had plenty of space, nice beds and furniture, was extremely clean, and had plenty of linens/towels and other necessities. We really enjoyed the deck - the mountain views were even nicer than expected - and the hot tub/rec area. Given the unpredictable weather we were glad that the hot tub was indoors. Simeon was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions, and gave us some helpful tips and recommendations. The house is a short drive to the RMNP, and we loved the town itself and the surrounding area. 5 stars!
