Perfect place to stay with family. Close to town and all the activities! We had a mama deer with her 2 babies visit everyday outside the kitchen window. Plenty of elk around town. We went fishing, horse back riding and rafting. Hope to return next year!
The house was clean, as advertised, and more spacious than we expected. Great location with quick access to Lake Estes and the walking path. It worked well for our young kids. No stairs to contend with and the huge deck kept them contained. The garage area was great to drop our bikes and stroller. We grilled, made s'mores over the firepit, and enjoyed seeing deer and elk right from the deck. The hot tub was hot and a great way to end the day.
House and location were great. Very clean and well taken care of home. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the recreation space and would stay here again.
This house was great. Views were amazing, lots of wildlife, not far from downtown. Everything was very clean, host was very responsive. 10/10 would stay again.
Great stay for a weekend getaway with some friends. Getting in was a breeze and our host was very responsive. We really appreciated the view from the wraparound deck and the plentiful outdoor seating provided. Additionally the hot tub and the garage area were bigger than the photos in the listing give it credit for so that def exceeded our expectations. The house itself is located a less than 5 minute walk from one of the stops on the Estes Park free bus, which allowed us to avoid trying to park in town. The bus runs everywhere that we wanted to visit from the Estes Tram to the Stanley Hotel. We also were able to walk down to one of the restaurants on the water if you wanted to stay close to the house. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.
Close to local shops, restaurants and sightseeing attractions. Updated kitchen and bathrooms and great for sleeping. Lots of room and quiet. Big decks in both front and back for hanging out and enjoying the stars. I would recommend this place to a friend.
Perfect place for our family to meet up. We had family from AZ, TX, and WY meet up in Estes Park. This house was a perfect meeting placeâcasual and cozy. Loved the wrap around deck. And, corn hole competition was fierce.
This was truly our home away from home while visiting Estes Park & RMNP. It was very clean, spacious, has super comfy beds and pillows, great views, large wrap around deck which we used every day, huge hot tub, and is close to everything so we used Warrior Express food delivery and Instacart grocery delivery. We were able to spend so much time in the Park, we could come back to this house and relax. Will def rent again!
We enjoyed the nights and mornings on the beautiful deck. Our family took advantage daily of the hottub. The bean bag boards were a plus!
Great views in all directions. (Although the trees could use some trimming or removal to enhance the views.) We were lucky enough to have a great view of the 4th of July Fireworks from the property.
Communication from owner couldn't have been better!
Friends and I stayed here while we attended a wedding and we were thrilled with these accommodations. Simeon was an excellent host and had great communication. The house is at a great location, just minutes from amazing restaurants and attractions. Our favorite part was opening the garage door and getting some fresh air while hanging out in the hot tub. Book this place NOW. You won't regret it!
Our family of four adults found this property to be an excellent base for our Colorado get-way! It provided a comfortable place for us to relax, prepare some of our meals, and sleep well. The back deck provided an excellent new grill, a beautiful tree in blossom, and a resident bunny we thoroughly enjoyed watching. The area also has several elk who casually roam about. It is a great location for exploring Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Pak, as well as other nearby communities and state parks. Highly recommend!
This home was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. My sister and brother-in-law are very particular, and they were so impressed with the cleanliness and the condition and of everything that they wanted me to make sure that I remarked about this on the review. The thoughtfulness of the owner was evident. The wraparound porch added to the enjoyment of staying there. We had fun playing corn hole and sitting around the fireplace. We ate all our meals out on the back porch. Iâm sure anyone would be happy with this rental. Thank you.
Great stay in Estes!! House was perfect for our needs. Kitchen had a good number of essentials so we could cook meals. Propane fireplace on the deck and hot tub was both great additions! We were so excited to wake up to elk in the front yard our first morning. They came to visit multiple times during our stay.
Very clean, nice furniture for our family to sit on in livingroom. Comfortable beds! and close to the free shuttle line to get to Estes Park Scottish festival.
We had a fantastic time in Estes Park! The house was perfect for our party and enjoyed every minute of it. We didn't have any issues. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions and would stay here again !
Loved the location. Close to a very good pizza spot,Estes marina and the mountain coaster place. It was spacious and clean - loved the hot tub and wraparound deck.
Place was nice and peaceful, great place to come back to after a day out in Estes. Management was helpful and very accommodating. Only problems we seen was all the little black spiders and cobwebs.
Honestly, this location is better than advertised. I donât think the pictures did it justice. We had a phenomenal time and would return without hesitation!
Hard to find nice places to stay in Estes Park; This place is no exception.
My wife wanted to hike Rocky Mountain National Park, so we looked for nice places to stay. There are not a lot of options. The Stanley hotel is historic but very old and does not have air conditioning in case it happened to be a hot day. We settled on this place as the pictures looked nice enough, but it was a let down. A lot of bait and switch. Essentially selling the hot tub feature, but when we got there, the water levels were low about 12" below the highest jet, and the temperature was only at 100 with a warning not to increase the temperature. Come on guys. The house is very dark and things are run down. The door to the master bathroom's hinge is loose, so the door must be lifted up to close. Lots of threatening messages saying you will be responsible if you break something - makes you feel right at home. They make you pay for an insurance policy to book which is a bit ridiculous. I got a love note from the owner saying since I was only staying 2 nights that I could not use the BBQ. Thanks. Low water pressure except the master shower for some reason. Dishwasher can't open all of the way because it hits the oven handle. No blackout shades in the master, so although the house is dark, at 5:30am, it's not in the master bedroom preventing you from sleeping in. The beds were harder than we're used to. Overall, we enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park, but did not enjoy our accomodations.
Visiting Estes Park for family vacation. The house was very nicely equipped to make meals in and conveniently located. Hot tub and bean bag game in garage added bonus to the stay. We loved it. Highly recommend.
