Located in Wantirna South, East Melbourne, the house is perfect for families or 3-4 couples (maximum 8 people), looking to stay in a quiet and well maintained house.
The house has 4 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. There is WiFi and ChromeCast.
Parking is available for several cars on the property and on the street.
Local shops are a 3 minute walk away and the Westfield Knox Shopping Centre and bus hub is just a 15 minute walk.
The space
The property is a short car ride to the following areas:
- 3 mins to Swinburne University of Technology (Wantirna campus)
- 3 mins to Knox City, Westfield Shopping Centre & Cinemas
- 5 mins to Knox Private & Melbourne Eastern Private Hospitals
- 5 mins to Boronia Train Station & Bayswater Train Station
- 15 mins to Dandenong Ranges
- 15 mins to Deakin University (main campus)
- 35 mins to Melbourne City
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as the oven, kettle and microwave. The dining table seats eight and the living area features a SmartTV with Chromecast and comfortable sofas.
The main bathroom feature a separate shower, bath tub and vanity. Toilet and laundry are separate to the bathroom.
All bedrooms feature a large queen sized bed and wardrobe.
There is a covered outdoor brick patio area at the back of the house.
