This characterful 4-bedroom single level home that has already been cleverly renovated to offer the perfect blend of style and comfort. This property can accommodate up to 9 guests.
Entertain guests on either of the paved patios, located to the front and rear of the home.
Enjoy cooking in well-equipped kitchen, which seamlessly flows into open-plan living and dining area. The 2 sleek fully-tiled bathrooms, plus ample onsite parking behind secure gate.
Get ready to experience the ultimate in comfort and convenience!
The 1st bedroom with BIR commands a view of the front, whilst the neat 2nd and 3rd bedroom are bright and airy and each one has a ceiling fan light. The fourth bedroom is at the rear, it has a separate aircon unit with a sofa bed and a desk.
âą You will enjoy full access to the entirety of the house, with the exception of the granny flat located at the rear of the yard. Feel free to make yourself at home and explore all the wonderful spaces that the house has to offer!
âą For your convenience, there is one designated guest parking spot located at the front yard, and there are two more parking spaces at the rear of the property. Ensure the driveway, footpath, and your neighbors' access in and out of their homes are not obstructed. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in maintaining a safe and accessible parking environment for all.

Conveniently close to Mentone station, walking distance to schools, Walter Galt Reserve, Don Tatnell Leisure Centre and just minutes drive to a choice of beautiful bayside beaches, as well as lush parkland, this home truly has it all.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that you take note of the following guidelines:
âą A valid government-issued ID may be required.
âą Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time, and the actual number of guests, including children, must be accurately reflected in the booking.
âą Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
âą Rubbish collection takes place on Tuesday nights, so please pull the bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed. * Please place bins 50 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
âą Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out, and turn off the A/C and lights to conserve energy.
âą Please keep the house key safe and secure, as charges will apply for lost keys.
âą Strictly no loud music or noise permitted. Please respect our noise curfew by keeping noise levels down between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am. Loud music or noise is strictly prohibited, and parties or events are not allowed. If we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
âą To help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly request that you leave the place in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out. Specifically, please ensure that the oven and kitchen are cleaned after use; failure to do so may result in a $80 fee. In addition to general cleaning charges, any extra cleaning required due to excessive dirt or damage caused during your stay may be deducted from your bond.
âą Please ensure that all bins inside the house are emptied, and any excess rubbish is taken away with you upon check-out. Please note that a minimum charge of $300 will apply for any rubbish removal required due to excess rubbish being left behind after your stay.
âą Early check-in may be necessary for some guests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs subject to availability. However, please note that an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply for any early check-in requests.
âą There is a 24-hour security camera installed at the front of the house. This camera is in operation at all times.
âą Please note that bookings made by individuals who do not meet the age requirement of 30 or over cannot book a stay for themselves.
