- The pool is pre-heated to a standard temperature of 75 degrees. It starts running at 11:00 AM and automatically shuts down at 5:00 PM. For additional pool heating after 5:00 PM, a pool heat fee of $35 per night is required (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- The garage is not available for guest use
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the front walkway, camera 2 is on the front facing the parking lot, camera 3 is on the left side facing the side yard/walkway, and camera 4 is on the right side facing the side yard/walkway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when activated by motion

Beautiful Home

We stay there a few days for our New Year with friend and family. We have such a great time in the home. There is a huge TV in the living area. A nice outdoor setting for eating and playtime for the kids. We will definitely book this place again.

Beautifully home

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Furniture by the pool included large dining table and sofa. Great for outdoor activities and dining. Our only disappointment - unable to use the bbq which was old and rusted. We would certainly come back!

Great house with excellent location

The host is so nice, great communication and the place is super clean and modern. It's closed to all of the stores and places around. 15 minutes to Pine Island and 25 minutes to Sanibel Island Island.

The Modern Home

We stayed here for 2 nights and we have a wonderful time. Every where you would see the LED lights. The pool cover was so nice, there is a water heater that the home owner turned to a warm degrees so that we can stay longer and enjoyed our swimming.

House perfect, experience in the house terrible!

We had a 6 night reservation, the house is beautiful, comfortable, but the lack of property management make the experience overall bad. We rented this place for leisure and work as we work online. We didn't have internet until 4th night. We had to go to Starbucks to get internet everyday. They sent a comcast technician and gave them the door key password. The guy didn't knock the door, when we realized, the guy was inside the house, very embarrassing for everybody. The barbecue was completely dirty. They sent the lawn company to cut the grass Saturday, we were doing barbecue, everybody in the pool. We had to leave the pool because it wasn't safety for us, specially the kids that could get hurt. After mowing they started blowing the grass clippings and left a lot of grass inside the pool, very frustrating. They didn't empty the trash, before we check out we had to figure out how to disposal the trash. The house have a great potential, but needs to improve a lot the property managment.

Nice Trendy Home

We booked for 5 nights staying in this nice trendy home. The house was so modern. There is LED lights on the celling from the dinning table to the living room and also in the master bedroom. Our kids enjoy it very much. The pool was heated and keep it warm for us to be able to swim during the winter. There is a heat cover for the swimming pool which help so much for our kids to stay longer in the pool. We really enjoy the house and the location around us.

Love our stay

We came here for a short weekend getaway with our family of 6. The place is very new and we couldn't be happier. Ut's closed to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Pine Island.

Prefect Stay!

The house was great! Very clean and newly furnished. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and patio. Especially the pool is warm all the time. I would recommend this home and hope to return next time we are here!

Wonderful House!!!

Such a beautiful house! Sleek clean design, tasteful decoration and lot of amenities! The house is new and the neighborhood is really nice. Closed to everything about 15 minutes away. The heated pool is amazing. I would stay at this place again!!!!

Wonderful Place
