At the end of the day, retreat to the quiet bedroom located at the back of the unit for a peaceful night’s rest. Whether you're looking to explore the beauty of the Oregon Coast or simply unwind in a beautiful setting, this charming retreat offers the perfect home base.

*Important Information* There are three units as part of this building. Two (including this one) are on the lower floor. The other on the base floor is a one bedroom unit. The top two floors are a four bedroom unit that is rentable as well. The patio is also accessible by the one bedroom unit on the same level. It is possible those guests may be enjoying the space.

*This unit DOES NOT have a hot tub as an amenity. Please be aware that you will see one near the unit but again this is only accessible to guests who rent the unit on the top floor (unit A).

Oceanside private vista

I had a wonderful stay in Oceaniside. The unit was clean, tidy and equipped with all of the necessities. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The communication on arrival was easy to follow and there was minimal “work” to do when checking out. I would happily book again.

Great Ocean Getaway

Very cute and clean property w/great view of the ocean from the main room. Nice outdoor space our dogs could potty and play. Comfy bed. Fast internet. We worked while there and were both able to set up our laptops to see the view while working. The property description said there was a shared deck & a hot tub on our level, which was for guests in upstairs unit; what I didn't realize is that it is pretty much directly outside that picture window. So if people are using the hot tub, you have to shut the window and blinds (and the blinds don't come quite all the way down, leaving a small gap) or feel like a voyeur. The first guests were cool about it, tho it was awkward for all of us at first. We all got a laugh, and they decided to come back and soak after we were done eating diner. The next guests were a larger group with kids, and the whole group used the hot tub and talked loudly right up to the 10 pm quiet time. We could hear every word, even with the window shut and TV on, and our dogs barked because there was a group of strangers right outside the window that they could hear and see through the gap at the bottom of the blinds. There is a privacy screen for the hot tub, which no one seemed to know to use--maybe a sign would help. Otherwise, it was perfect, and it really was just the one night out of 6 that was an issue. (If you have dogs that bark at strangers or weird sounds, just be prepared.)

Amazing view

The apartment is small but adequate. The property is musty, but the heaters keep it toasty warm. The biggest disappointment was the oven didn’t work after bringing many food items that required an oven. The staff was quick to respond to any issues and they were able to solve all but the oven issue. The view is amazing and the location is convenient for getting to the beach.

Great getaway

Place was just what we needed for a holiday get away. Weather was nice to be able to sit on the shared patio with a drink watching the sun set while the dog was able to roam in the small area outside. We made our holiday dinner in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Couldn’t find local channels for the games so we went to the establishment in Netarts and watched with the locals while eating dinner. Loved the area

Great View

The view was beautiful. However, the hot tub looked like it needed to be cleaned so I didn't use it. Speaking of cleaning, the floor under the bed hadn't been vacuumed, nor had the floor underneath the sofa-bed couch. (I was looking for my socks) The parking for my unit C, was difficult at best. It was impossible to get the rear end of my car totally out of the street. The television couldn't be watched from the bed, only from the sofa-bed, and there needed to be a lamp by the bed. The view was beautiful.

Cozy

The room was small but cozy, and I appreciated the kitchen being fully stocked. The view was incredible, although there is really only one window in the hole place. The only thing that bummed me out about my stay was that the balcony was not private. Maybe I misread the add, but the balcony was shared with all 3 units which obstructed the view and the experience. Not to mention the only window looks directly over the hot tub, which was exclusive to a different unit. So when the hot tub was in use I had to close the blinds to respect my privacy as well as the other guests'. A great space with amazing view, location, but not as private as I had hoped.

The location is obviously the selling point & I don’t regret but would definitely not recommend and wouldn’t have stayed if I would have known the front porch 10 steps from the bed was shared with three units & the only window is right in front of the porch that has the chairs, hang out & a hot tub that ridiculously isn’t included with this unit. So you get zero privacy (I mean zero & it’s a studio so you can’t even close the door the drown out the noise from the people RIGHT outside the window that’s probably ten steps from the bed… speaking out the bed it still hasn’t been replaced. It’s completely given out in the middle and folds in like a toco shell. Tip for whoever runs this unit is that the only way this set up would make any sense would be that only this unit gets access to the porch + hot tub. But that is NOT the case. What this place does have going for it is whoever cleans it does an amazing job and does adorable little touches so A+ to her.

Vista House A and C

The Vista House A and C were nicely located and have a beautiful view. The kitchen could be better stocked with better pots and pans. The house itself is nice and comfortable. The issue that we had was not with the house, but with the Itrip and the customer service that we received and the lack of making things right. Upon arrival, at 4:00pm, neither unit was ready. There was one girl in the home cleaning unit A, with a young child sleeping on the couch. We were told that she hadn't even started to clean Unit C. I requested a concession for this inconvenience, and was told that if we wanted to go to have a dinner that they would pay for this. I told them we had brought all our own food, and we would like the same value given back to us in a refund. They would not do this. I said that they can give us a late check out to make up the time and they would not do this. We waited outside, and the house was very rushed and cleaned -- I do not believe the bunk beds were even changed. There was no toilet paper left for us, and only a couple of towels. They threw all the dirty sheets and towels that they removed and tossed them in the closet. The unit downstairs, unit C, was cleaned within 10 minutes and she was done. This leaves me to wonder what really was cleaned. A lady did come, mid-day the next day ... and dropped off some sheets and towels that I requested. I didn't look at what she gave me at the moment, but they never brought us the toilet paper we needed, or the skillet that we requested and needed for our meal. I do feel that we should have been compensated for this treatment and honestly the lack of response. Again, the home itself was fine for a family to enjoy, the beaches are beautiful and the view is nice.

Replace the mattress or don’t rent it out…

The location is fabulous- just a walk down the hill to coffee and the beach. The view is wonderful- you can watch the ocean from the kitchen table or the deck. The space is small, but perfect for 2. We don’t travel to the coast to stay inside, but if we had to, it would have been perfectly comfortable. We went for Thanksgiving, and they had left a turkey roasting pan on the stove- thoughtful touch. They forgot to replenish the coffee, so that was a bummer; but the coffee shop down the hill opened at 8a- phew! The biggest issue was the mattress. Others had previously made comments about “too soft” or “too hard” so I just thought they were particular mattress people. I don’t consider myself to be a picky person, rather tolerant actually, but when we pulled back the covers, you could SEE a large indent in the center of the mattress. “It can’t be as bad as it looks”, I thought…wrong, HORRIFYING. We spent the first night rolling into each other, and getting stuck in the center. The 2nd night I took an extra pillow to “fill” the hole. It helped a bit, but then I had a pillow wedged under half of my back. Considering the amount charged for the rental, they could be replacing the mattress with something that didn’t seem like it was found on the side of the road. It was VERY disappointing. We had such an amazing trip to the coast, but the lack of sleep and back pain associated with the mattress almost ruined it. If they could show that they replaced the mattress, I would update my rating/review/comments. I would go back to this same rental in a heartbeat. Everything else was GREAT. It bums me out to leave a negative review, but it is ridiculous for them to be renting this space with that mattress…

Birthday Getaway

What a beautiful location! Parking was easier than one might think on a narrow street. The location is charming and idyllic. The view from the dining table and balcony was gorgeous. It was quiet enough, even with close guests, to get an appropriate amount of sleep. The hot tub is right next to the kitchen/dining area of the apartment in which we stayed, but the guests utilizing it one of the nights were respectful, kept it quiet and left before 11. The yard for dog potties was very helpful, as my dog is a shy potty-er, preferring his own yard at home to any other place. There were other dog poops out there, but I cleaned those up to. There wasn't a can opener, but the manager told me where I could find one, and I left it for the next guest. From what I understand, can openers are hard to keep on hand in vacation rental properties. One thing I did want to let the manager know is that the toaster is a little finicky! You have to have it turned up to a higher level and hold down the toaster lever to get it to turn on and stay on. The bed was a lot softer than I prefer, but I didn't have any backpain from it, which is a real win! Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, in a cozy place. It's a great location for when you want to wake up and walk right to the beach! Very nice. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay

Overrall, we enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was clean and a good size for us. Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit hard to sleep in for two people, as it the mattress dipped in toward the middle.
