Entry level to the main residence is via external stairs, where you can sit back and relax in the large open plan living & dining area. Reverse cycle air-conditioner accommodates guests comfort all year round. A spacious gourmet kitchen designed around white cabinetry and plantation shutters, stone bench tops, integrated breakfast bar (with coffee machine) and stunning oak floor boards throughout, leading out to a front deck overlooking a beautiful garden and coastal trees.
All the 3 bedrooms upstairs open out via a door onto the expansive entertaining deck and lush green backyard garden, perfect for a BBQ breakfast, lunch or dinner, connected to mains gas, all the while relaxing in the 6 person Spa or enjoying the warmth of the steam Sauna.

A full bed linen and bathroom linen package is included for all bookings. BYO Beach Towels & Spa Towels.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure in the backyard only.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
