Look no further, this house is simply stunning!
Architecturally designed, bright open-plan spaces and expertly interior designer decorated, this 4 bedroom beach house is set out on 3 levels with a gorgeous roof top deck showcasing views to the Bay.
There are wrap around balconies to pick your spot for that delicious sundowner cocktail or alfresco lunch and if you fancy a stroll to the beach, you'll be there in minutes as its less than 500m away! About a 5 min walk
Designer touches are everywhere, from the oversized ultra comfy linen sofas, to the soft scatter cushions and enormous dining room table. You'll feel like you've stepped into the pages of a gorgeous magazine!
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs comprising 2 queen bed rooms and one bedroom with a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on top), allowing the property to sleep 9 in total.
There's also a family bathroom with separate shower and bath plus a large fully equipped laundry.
Upstairs is beautifully light, bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows giving out onto the huge balcony. The kitchen is a gourmands delight, you could while away hours over long lunches and dinners in the lovely dining area and settle into deep comfy sofas in either of the 2 lounge areas.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, with walk in robes plus there is a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower and toilet.
On the second level there is fantastic sky deck area with a bar table and chairs and views to Port Philip Bay and surrounding gullies.
Just pack your bags and arrive - everything has been thought of for you, the kitchen is beautifully equipped (including the all important Nespresso machine) and once you're here you can easily walk not just to the beach but also into Sorrento, with it's fabulous cafe's, restaurants, bars and shops.
The front of the house parking area can be turned into a kids/adults games area with a baseball hoop, foosball table, table tennis table and sun loungers.
There's also a baby stair gate, high chair and portacot availble for your use.
We reckon you'll never want to leave!
Please note that linen and towels can be hired at an additional cost however there are doonas and pillows on all beds should you wish to bring your own.
Additional funds are required for a security bond.
Not suitable for Schoolies.
While we have not had any issues with our lovely guests, we are required to make you aware of some local rules that apply to all short term rentals on the Mornington Peninsula, these include:
- No parties, gatherings or events.
- No loud or aggressive behaviour.
- Guests must only park onsite.
- Outdoor areas cannot be used between 11pm and 7am
- Neighbours have the right to call the property manager if they feel any of the rules are being broken or guests behaviour is impacting them, to which the property manager must respond immediately.
- Failure to comply with the local shire rules will result in termination of the rental agreement and guests will be required to leave immediately.
