The property is beautiful and clean. It is on a quiet street and the balcony was nice to enjoy the fresh air. However, the functionality of the room was not good. The rails on the lower bunks make getting in and out of bed awkward and they do not allow you to sit on the edge of the bed. The only seating in the room are floor cushions. It would also be helpful to have a mirror outside the bathroom, especially since there is no outlet in the bathroom for shaving or blow drying your hair. With four people sharing a space, the more places to get ready the better. The property is a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station, where a lot of the attractions are and there are plenty of restaurants, a 7-11 and other corner stores in the area.
