Melbourne par les jardins botaniques

Directement en face de beaux jardins botaniques de Melbourne, avec vue Ă©galement de la baie et Ă  seulement 10-20 min. promenade du centre d'art, Flinders Street Station, Southbank, Melbourne Casino et le centre de Melbourne, l'appartement est le point culminant emplacement et la vue.

De plus, un arrĂȘt de tramway se trouve Ă  50 mĂštres. Vous pourrez ainsi vous rendre Ă  la plage de St. Kilda en quelques minutes ou la traverser en direction du centre-ville.
À chaque coin (Ă  gauche et Ă  droite) se trouvent des supermarchĂ©s ouverts tous les jours, fermant tard Ă  10h30 et Ă  23h00.

Votre rĂ©servation comprend un espace de stationnement privĂ© sĂ©curisĂ© pour une voiture, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du mĂȘme bĂątiment que l'appartement. Garez la voiture et prenez l'ascenseur.

Le lit est un matelas en latex 100%, lit King Size. 100% latex est hypoallergénique, super confortable et le mouvement d'une personne dans le lit est pas ressenti la moindre par l'autre.

Le balcon bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un cadre de mobilier d'extĂ©rieur (2 chaises et une table) oĂč vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de l'ensemble du soleil et des vues. Le cĂŽtĂ© gauche offre une vue sur les jardins botaniques et le lieu de culte (un bĂątiment du souvenir pour nos soldats tombĂ©s au combat), et sur le cĂŽtĂ© droit de Melbourne Bay. Se rĂ©veiller au jardin et l'ocĂ©an, tout en Ă©tant par le coeur de la ville, je trouve une expĂ©rience unique et reposant !!

Comprend 1 sĂ©curisĂ© parc sous-couverture voiture (parking dans le mĂȘme bĂątiment, sans frais supplĂ©mentaires), et l'utilisation du Gymnasium (qui a d'ailleurs Ă©galement des vues sur les jardins botaniques).

Gratuit internet wifi illimité. Interdiction de fumer dans l'appartement.

Appartement moderne avec de nombreux nouveaux appareils de la marque. Comme une machine Ă  laver, machine Ă  sandwich, cafetiĂšre (capsules), des Ă©quipements de cuisine comprennent un four, cuisiniĂšre et micro-ondes. EntiĂšrement meublĂ© et prĂȘt Ă  partir!

Beautiful apartment in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc. Easy access to tram. Very comfortable bed. After some initial difficulty with the lockbox at check-in, the rest of the stay including the checkout process was very smooth.

Love this place. It's our favourite spot to stay when in Melbourne, and we've been back a few times. The listing is very accurate, and though we had a little trouble with the lockbox, this was quickly and kindly resolved - thank you so much! The only downside, which is zero fault on the part of the flat or anyone associated with it is that the building opposite is currently being demolished, so there's a fair bit of noise starting up at 8am. Not an issue if you're an early riser who intends to spend the day enjoying all Melbourne has to offer. Slightly more challenging if you're a night owl who would like to sleep in a little :)

Great location

The apartment is in a great location and so easy to get into the city and venues for concerts. It had everything you need plus a great view. Will defiantly re book for our next visit.

Excellent accommodation and location

From start to end it was a great experience. Setting up the booking through to the check-in, our stay and check-out, everything was easy and smooth. You can't beat the location for access to transport (trams), easy walk into CBD and South Melbourne, and the views of the Shrine, Botanical Gardens, and the ocean. It was everything we wanted and it was easy for us to get to everything we wanted to do and see in Melbourne. We would definitely book it again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Perfect Melbourne bolthole

This is our second time staying here, which in our case says everything (we rarely return to a place unless it's really impressed us). Once again, everything about the flat was wonderful. It's perfectly located and really well appointed with everything you need, and very comfortable. If I had to split hairs, I'd again look to the location of the lock box being a bit awkward for short peeps (like me), but otherwise we love the place!

Perfect for an extended Melbourne stay.

Well set up apartment. Clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet at night considering so close to St Kilda Rd. Great location. Short walk to Gallery, Southbank and CBD. Lovely to walk in The Domain and Botanical Gardens just across the road. Close to good coffee shops and Sth Melbourne markets.

Beautiful spacious apartment with lovely views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Communication with host, Vern was easy. The apartment was clean, welcoming, spacious and well presented. The view from the balcony and location was excellent. Convenient, clean, comfortable

A lovely, bright apartment in a quiet street, close to Melbourne city/downtown, transport and Bot gardens. Everything worked as it should, all spaces were clean and well-kept, no noise from inside the building or outside traffic, bed was comfortable. Coffee shop next door is terrific too. Lovely area

The apartment was lovely but getting in was a little difficult as we could not find where the lockbox was located, we asked at recetion and they helped us find it The apartment was clean but the dishwasher had not been put on so we had to sort that, there was enough storage for the 2 of us even though there are cupboards with other stuff in. The apartment is on a high floor so the views are lovely of the Botanical gardens which we did enjoy walking around, the tram stops are just at the end of the street. I would stay here again.

Stay on Southbanks in November 23

we liked the appartement on the 12th floor, the height and the ongoing wind kept us from staying on the balcony, not for a minute without wind unfortunately. Access to the tram direction downtown or wherever more or less in front of the door, Supermarktes nearby.

Wow! What a great place!

Melbourne was our last stop in our 21-day Australia vacation. This was one of our favorite places to stay out of the 9 stops. First, the location is great with a view from the 12th floor balcony to the Shrine of Remembrance and the Kings Domain parklands. The attention to detail in the condo was also very nice - detergent for the washer/dryer, plenty of soap and toilet tissue, coffee, etc. It is also within 2-3 minutes of a light railway stop for getting into downtown or anywhere else you need to go in the city. Overall we loved it, the price was affordable, and we would highly recommend it!

Birthday getaway

Overall property was good. The view was fantastic and so close to tram stops, coffee shops and groceries. There are a few problems with a person who has mobility issues. Some items needed a little maintenance eg the tap in the bathroom over the sink needs a new washer. One of the blinds keeps rolling down after you get to a certain point

Could be fantastic but..

Good size apartment with functional kitchen and comfortable bed. However, the apartment needs attention to maintenance and cleaning. Small issues such as the blind chain pulley missing from one of the roller blinds and missing knob from the light switch. The oven still had food left in it!

Melbourne Get Away

The property had a fantastic view of the Botanical Gardens and buildings to the South. It was clean, functional , well equipped and comfortable. One downside was the signing in process. The details of unit access were not sent when expected. The key collection in the laneway was not easy to comprehend or access, particularly in pouring rain and the leaving process was confusing too, seeing we had a car. Clearer instructions and communication would have been appreciated, however the unit is lovely and we had a good time in Melbourne.

There is work to be done from a safety aspect.

The positives re our stay are location, view and bed. We had stayed here previously two years ago. 1. If you have to step over a bath to have a shower from a safety aspect you should have a hand rail or at the least a none slip mate. 2.The seating for the tables are simply far too low and need replacing. Same could be said about lounge/settee. 3. There was no dish washing detergent - do the owners really expect people to put 2 plates and 2 mugs in the dishwasher each time they use them? We did not use the dishwasher - that being said there were utensils left behind by the previous occupants in the dishwasher. 4. One bedroom lamp - one night someone who sleeps over on the Dorcas Street side of the bed is going to get up and fall over, break an arm, hip whatever. invest in some side tables with bed lamps.
