Venez profiter de St. historique Augustine en Floride et rester dans notre deuxième maison. Facile à pied de la plage de ce condo de l'île avec un grand garage adjacent, situé près de St. Augustine Pier. Magnifiquement meublé 2BR / 2BA, carrelage partout, chambres avec moquette, véranda, ventilateurs de plafond, laveuse et sécheuse, micro-ondes, et l'élimination des déchets neufs. Parfait état et prêt à louer! Cette maison est située sur St. Augustine Beach, en plus de l'emplacement idéal, ce complexe offre des équipements, y compris une piscine fermée avec mobilier de salon,
et un club house. Vous aurez également accès à nos 4 nouveaux croiseurs de plage, nous vous demandons simplement de les verrouiller partout où vous allez et de les traiter avec respect. N'hésitez pas à utiliser nos chaises longues et notre parasol. Venez et restez avec nous, et profitez de tout ce que la plage a à offrir!

March Stay

Condo was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to beach was great (3 blocks or so). Only negatives we have to comment on is that the neighbors upstairs were very loud in the early morning (the effects of tile floor) and if you sit outside on deck area, you look at the parking lot/garages.

Best Deal on the Beach

Spent the month of March at Anastasia by the Sea. Paul was a fantastic host. While I did not need or have any issues, Paul was easily accessible and quick to respond. The condo had everything we needed, was safe and perfectly situated. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank Paul.

Excellent Stay

Condo was very clean when we arrived for our one month stay. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The in-unit washer/dryer eliminated trips to the laundromat. Storing our bikes in the unit's garage was also a plus. Location is very convenient as it is only a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants and the fishing pier, which hosts a weekly farmers market. The owner, Paul, is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions.. We had a great January and will be returning in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the perfect location, perfect space everything was fabulous!!! The host is super responsive to communication and goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. Very quiet area and felt completely safe without issues. Wonderful pool, walking distance to the beach and if you don’t want to walk they supply bikes to ride too! Sure hoping we get a chance to stay here again!

Condo property was immaculate, easy check in, owner quick to reply to any questions and Rapheal the manager was easy to work with. Enjoyed daily walks on the beach and many with in walking distance restaurants. This Condo surpassed our expectations! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again. The condo is an exceptional value and the owner maintained excellent communication and was exceedingly attentive & responsive to all questions we had. The location was exactly as described and in a very good neighborhood within a very short walk to the beach, farmer's market, & restaurants. Also a short drive to historic St. Augustine where we spent a great deal of time exploring. Loved the, very nicely appointed (obviously recently painted & with new carpeting in bedrooms), spacious condo with comfy bed, and full kitchen. Thank-You for providing such a nice place to spend our vacation!!!

five minute walk to beach and restaurants

This condo is in a great location for walking to beautiful St. Augustine Beach and pier. Restaurants are within walking distance as well. The manager, Raphael, was most helpful and accommodating. Good value for the money.

Beautiful condo - we loved it

We are a little german family and stayed for 2 weeks in the condo. It was beautiful and near the beach. All in all, the condo was very clean and generous. It has everything you need. There are lots of great places to eat, shop and see. The pool was clean and nice. Also, the neighbors were likable and the contact with the owner and his friend was easy, fast and friendly. We hope to be alble to come back, because we felt very comfortable with it. Thanks for everything Barbara, Manfred and Erik, Germany

Höchst empfw. Ferienwhg./Highly recommended condo

Wir sind gerade aus Florida zurück und vermissen diese super Ferienwohnung bereits. Es ist alles da, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Küchengeräte, Klimaanlage,etc. Das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafräume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügen je über einen Fernseher. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Veranda, auf der man Abends noch kurz draußen sitzen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit einem tollen Pool. Der herrliche Strand ist nur 500m entfernt. Auch die historische Altstadt von St. Augustine oder zahlreiche Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Paul war toll und immer zu erreichen, so wie Raphael, der sich vor Ort um uns kümmerte. Wir planen, auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. It has everything you need: washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, etc. The living room and the two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and each have a TV. In front of the apartment is a small veranda, where you can sit outside in the evening. The apartment is very neat and clean and is located in a very well maintained complex with a great pool. The magnificent beach is only 500m away. Also the historic Old Town of St. Augustine or numerous shopping opportunities are only minutes away by car. Paul was great and always available, just like Raphael, who took care of check-in and check-out. We plan to return anyway and can only recommend this apartment. Highly recommend this condo, it's perfect.

Awesome place, walk to the beach, farmers market, and local stores. Everything is right here, tons of restaurants too! The owners are great and checking in was a breeze. We are here until the end of Feb, really enjoying ourselves. Thank you
