Deux chambres, deux salles de bain. Les nouveaux appareils, l'éclairage, ventilateurs de plafond, de salle de bains, le carrelage et le mobilier. Idéalement situé pour accéder facilement à trois piscines sur la propriété, une chauffée. Une zone de gril commune disponible. Courts de tennis, et un grand quai pour la pêche et la seule visualisation des bateaux et de la faune dans la région. L'unité se sent comme si vous êtes dans les bois sur le bord de l'eau, les vieux arbres de croissance, avec beaucoup d'animaux sauvages à regarder, un cadre très calme. A proximité d'une plage exceptionnelle et également près d'histoire à St. Augustin, nos pays la plus ancienne de la ville sans cesse occupée. Attractions et restaurants fantastiques font partie de ce que notre ville si remarquable.

Spring vacation for a couple of seniors

A wonderful vacation in St. Augustine - we found the conquistador condo to be clean, well equipped and with amazing scenery of the River.

Lovely condo lovelier views

We loved our week stay here. The condo was clean, quiet, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We’re already talking about coming back next spring that’s how much we liked not only the condo but Saint Augustine in general.

Family time

The condo was perfect for us. It was a great location for visiting family. We visited family in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Bunnell, the Village’s, and Ocala. The condo met all of our needs. It had everything you could want or need. I personally loved the decor. Roxanne you are an amazing decorator. And the Dunkin Donut was right up the street. Historic St. Augustine was so fun. So many shops to explore and restaurants to enjoy. Thanks Roxanne for sharing your condo.

Wonderful Experience

Roxanne was wonderful. Communication in advance, and throughout, my trip was excellent. The view was absolutely fantastic. The unit had all the household item necessary for my vacation and more. The area was very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Wonderful views and excellent amenities

This is a wonderful place to stay. Have everything from beach chairs to towels to books and games. Very clean and quiet with lots of walking trails, tennis, pools and close to all shopping and beaches. Host is wonderful and communicates well. Looking forward to booking again soon.

Million Dollar View

This condo overlooks the salt marshes on the Matanzas River in a peaceful, quiet subdivision with easy access to the amenities of St. Augustine. We love to sit on the screened in porch to read and watch the birds. Sunrises are spectacular; moonlight on the river is romantic. Roxanne is the perfect host: knowledgeable and quick to respond to emails. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Stay in St. Augustine Shores

We had a wonderful month. The unit was as listed and we thoroughly enjoyed the setting and tranquility. The view east overlooking the river could not have been better. Roxanne was away during part of our stay but made sure we had folks to contact if necessary. Upon her return, she called to make sure everything was in order. We hope to return to this lovely place someday soon.

Lovely condo on the marsh. Nice area for walking. Short drive to supermarket. 15 minutes to Crescent Beach. Not far to Historic Saint Augustine.

Best sunrise view!

This property is fantastic! Centrally located to historic downtown St. Augustine, the beaches, and World Golf Village. This is a very comfortable condo with every amenity you could need but the gem is the screened in patio that overlooks the bay! The most beautiful sunrises appear on the horizon each morning and if you are lucky enough to get an afternoon rain shower, the balcony is the perfect place to curl up with a book. Roxanne is an excellent host and took great care of us!

Relaxing

The owner of this property is easy to be in touch with and very helpful about the area if there are questions that haven’t been previously answered. The biggest benefit to this property is it is peaceful and quiet. The screened in back porch on the waterway really aids relaxation and as a perfect place for your morning coffee and a good book.

BREATHTAKNG SUNRISE

Mornings began with a blazing sun creeping up over the water. The condo was then flooded with sunlight. Everything you have at home was provided at the condo. Roxanne was great to deal with. The area is quiet and convenient to shopping and beaches. The fishing pier is less than a 5 minute walk and the shores golf course takes about 4 minutes to drive. My wife and I had a wonderful time.

A Wonderful Vacation Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. Roxanne was wonderful in her communication before our trip and replied quickly when I had questions about the condo and which beach to visit. The view was gorgeous from the screened-in patio and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for our bottle of wine too! The condo is older but very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of hot water and new kitchen appliances. The ice maker doesn’t make enough for our family use but we picked up a bag at Walmart which was close by and that worked perfectly fine. The condo had all the right accessories that made our stay easy. Extra towels were available, beach chairs were in the closet, lots of kitchenware in great condition for cooking family meals. The pool was just a short walk. The pier is down the road a little ways and it can get a little crowded during peak times with other fishermen. The condo location was in between historic St. Augustine and Crescent Beach - it was easy to get to anywhere from here. Roxanne recommended this beach and we went 3 times! It wasn’t too crowded but get there early to park. Overall we were very pleased with this property and would return here.

Relaxing & Welcoming

I have only glowing things to say about the condo and owners. I will definitely stay here again. It was clean and well maintained. The most impressive thing, to me, was all the extra towels and linens! Normally you get two towels per bathroom. That is never enough. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The furniture was upscale. The owners made us feel welcomed and made our stay feel like we had gone to a friends place not a rental. Loved It!

Stunning view of the intracoastal!

Roxanne is an amazing property manager. Kept in great touch. The condo has everything you could need plus more. Hated to leave. The condo was near to the essentials and they have great pools. If one pool was being cleaned, another was open.

Everything about it was great!

A BFF and I rented the unit for a week of much needed R&R. The unit is exactly as outlined, extremely well stocked and appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the lanai and the photos of the view don't do it justice. Great proximity to Crescent Beach, St. Augustine, and lots of great food/attractions within 10-15 minutes. Roxanne was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend as this unit is an excellent value.

Loved The View From The Balcony- Very Peaceful Especially The Sunrises

There alot of great things to say about the condo and its location but the best is how nice, professional, and thoughtful Roxanne was throughout our entire stay. She is truy a great host- one that you hopefully will experience. Other amenities like the nearby park- great for walking and jogging, swimming pools, landscaping, downtown St Augustine and Crescent beach- only a few mile drive, and of course excellent restaurants provide more than you need. Lastly, as in most places, a few minor issues were addressed very quickly in a pleasant manner - another plus to rent and not worry Would very much enjoy the condo with interesting art in the future. Best kept secret in St. Augustine

I have to share how wonderful this property was as it is a secluded GEM in the middle of a well established neighborhood. I was there recovering from surgery and there was every amenity including several pools that were gated, clean and no one there. The wildlife was amazing on the marsh and in the neighborhood. I saw a baby deer and armadillo. Birds on the Marsh, there were so many different kinds! Its within 15 minutes of the beaches. The owner was very responsive to all my questions within minutes! I didn't want to leave! I hope to return to this enchanting spot when I have to return!
